Moving is stressful, particularly for me. I don't enjoy it whatsoever. But at the same time, I typically did not like or trust movers, let alone moving companies. I was duped the last time I hired movers. This made me very apprehensive about hiring movers again. Had it not been for the fact that my furniture is exceptionally heavy.I would have never hired movers again after what happened to me before. This time I did plenty of research before hiring a mover. I wanted to ensure that the moving company I would hire was reputable and respectable. I spent hours looking at reviews, comparing prices and checking accreditation. After all that work, what I came up with was Dynasty Movers. This moving company is very well reviewed. They are Better Business Bureau (BBB) Accredited. It doesn't hurt that their low prices looked as if they were going to be the lowest cost solution for my moving needs. I called Dynasty Movers and to my surprise, the owner picked up the phone. He was very professional, helpful and courteous to me on the phone. We spoke about my move for several minutes regarding what was necessary to get me a proper moving quote. I expressed my concerns regarding movers and moving companies due to my last moving situation. He assured me that nothing like that would happen. On moving day the movers arrived a few minutes early. I was most definitely impressed. They took a brief walk-through of our home in order to assess what lay ahead. The lead on the job was very professional and very well experienced. His helpers were also very cordial and hard working. All of the movers worked at an astonishingly fast rate, and they still managed to be careful with our items. They took great care with packing our items to make sure they were safe in transit considering we were moving an hour away. The moving company was prepared with a roll of shrink wrap which they explained would make sure that the furniture was correctly wrapped and properly protected to travel the distance that lay ahead. The efficiency of these movers was impressive from the start. I came out to check on their progress with loading the truck about an hour in, what I witnessed was delightfully surprising. Everything was packed to perfection, the truck was loaded from the floor to the ceiling and from wall to wall on the truck. Not an inch of the moving trucks space was wasted. I was yet again, impressed. These movers are great. When it came time for the piano they took special care because I told them probably five times how important it was to my wife. They padded and wrapped it to perfection and made sure it was loaded safely and securely. I don't nearly have as much to say regarding the unloading of the truck. The only reason for that is due to the fact it happened fast. They did a similar walk-through at our new home like they did in our old house. So I stood by the door pointing them in the direction of where the stuff went and before I knew it, the truck was empty and they were putting together the few random things that had to be taken apart for safe transport. I have since changed my opinion on moving companies thanks to Dynasty Movers. They were professional, reliable, and honest. I give them the highest possible recommendation. Thank you. read more

I am very pleased to take the time to write a comment on Dynasty Movers. I recently needed moving services and started looking around with a week in advance for a fair quote and quality service. Out of numerous paper and web advertised services in the Orange County area what I came across was: 1- Some of my messages were returned only on the next day or not returned at all 2- Arrogance, attitude and disdain, I felt like I was dealing with buccaneers 3- Some sounded like apprentices/wannabes, such as 2 guys and a truck unlicensed, uninsured 4- Basic questions vaguely answered or unanswered at all 5- People too busy to do business with me, a prospective customer 6- Their marketing and advertising wording/imaging blew up within the first minute of conversation. Most sounded like the bait-and-switch or promise-but-don't-deliver scenarios. 7- Some barely spoke English And the list goes on and on. Then I reached Dynasty Movers and within 30 seconds I knew I was interacting with reliable, respectful and dedicated professional human beings. Their impressive phone manners kept me going. They pleasantly took the time to explain everything in detail; they even emailed me a detailed scanned copy of the invoice and every time I called back for details they were always happy to assist me with an exceptional level of attention, professionalism and respect. On the moving day, the movers actually arrived 5 minutes earlier driving a larger than expected truck. And those 2 folks were just awesome, friendly, respectful, hands on and fast. And always in touch with the office like in a military operation. The job was diligently done in a timely manner, effectively and within the estimated quote. Shortly after I learned that the dedicated business owner, David, is a former US Marine who keeps a roaster of over 20,000 happily satisfied customers. Dynasty Movers excelled in all aspects of the job and have earned my business for life. Those exemplary individuals deserve the respect of this community for the way they work. It's not cheap talk or advertised pictures/pamphlets saying what one wants to hear/read that earns customers, it is select people like them that build a perennial company. And to most movers out there here's my advice: Take long seminars with Dynasty Movers on Human Relations, Customer Relations, Assertiveness, Reliability, Honesty and Truthfulness. Hello to whoever is reading... I just wanted to share that on the day of my recent move my original moving company Super Movers were scheduled to be at my home between 8-10am but never showed up until 4:15. When the two guys finally did show up it seemed that everything that was originally quoted to me 10days earlier by Matt/sales consultant went out the door. Everything that day with this company was going wrong. Needless to say I wasn't happy about that at all and in the end decided to go with another company. The company I contacted when Super Movers left at 4:30pm was Dynasty Movers. OMG these guys from Dynasty were awesome! When they showed up at my home at 6pm after already having worked an 11 hour day had there game faces on and ready to move furniture once again. I got to hand it to these guys because moving is hard work. The two movers were Steve and Dennis, amazing! Seriously my boyfriend and I were SO impressed. On top of that everything I was quoted over the phone by Dave/sales consultant was exactly what I paid when the guys finished the job. Dynasty Moving Company is so professional. Let me begin by saying that hiring movers is not something I thought I would ever do again. I moved from NY to CA w a company and it was a nightmare. I swore never again. I swore that I would move my stuff on horseback before ever hiring another moving company. Now I live in a 2000 sq foot home in Fullerton Hills. So facing another move, not across country but up to Lake Tahoe. The Tahoe home is a challenge, a spiral staircase up the front to the 3 rd floor entrance. Oh I forgot to mention I have a baby grand piano that is going too. I really did not think there was going to be anyway to move that piano. My mother recommended Dynasty Movers to me. They moved her two times around Leisure World and she thinks they are the "bees knees"!. How could I refuse? Reluctantly, I called and spoke to David ( same name as my son) I found out later he is the owner. He really knows what hes talking about. I actually spent about 2 hours on the phone with him. He quoted me a price after itemizing a list with me over the phone. Now to the piano. I was actually trying to sell it and he informed me that they could move it. I did not believe him. So he offered to move the piano to my new home in Tahoe, and if he could not do it, the move would be free. Now what??? free. Okay I booked. I thought 'no way can he do it'. Well its in the house. A friend at work recommended this moving company to me as she had used them twice before. The guys who came to move me were on time polite and fast, they wrapped everything needed and stuff I asked to be wrapped. They knew exactly how to load the truck, what should go in first, second, third, etc.., if you don't load a truck correctly it can weave on the road, this has happened to my family and it was very scary to watch, the truck almost overturned so it's very important how a truck is packed. They torn down and built everything that needed to be built and went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. I was very impressed and satisfied with everything they did, none of my furniture was damaged or scratched, they hooked my refrigerator up correctly and was done in a matter of 3 hours this 3 hours included tearing down my furniture, loading the truck, driving to the new place, unloading the truck and building what needed to be built. When you call, the guy on the phone makes it clear how things need to be packed in boxes and containers, how cords need to be wrapped, how you should tape the boxes, how much should be packed in the box, how heavy it should be. I have used these guys twice and in a few weeks will use them again, I will definitely use them in all my future moves. Janet read more

We were REALLY pleased with our movers- Tommy, Dennis and Robert. These guys are really hard workers. They took two 5-minute breaks and grabbed lunch on the way to the new house. That's it for breaks. They worked non-stop moving our 4 bedroom home from one side of town to the other. They were careful with our things and with both houses. They never complained or used foul language. Near they end of the day we were joking with them about where to put things. It was an overall good experience for our family. TIPS FOR MOVING: 1. be prepared for your movers- the more you have done to prep, the less you will have the movers do. 2. label your boxes and have someone designated to tell the movers where you want things moved. 3. Always use good judgement with your purse, jewelry, etc- keep those items out of sight. 4. Be cool to your movers and let them do their job. 5. Pack yourself an overnight bag and deliver it yourself to your closet (one for each family member) - in the hustle you will have what you need when you need it and won't have to sift through boxes whe it is time for bed. beware of dynasty movers!!! they are rip offs and they brought drugs into my home....they left drugs in my bathroom, and my kids were there!! when i told them to take my stuff off their truck and leave, they closed and locked up the back and held my stuff hostage on their truck! i called the owner david troup and he said i needed to pay them money before they took my stuff back out of the truck! and then the charges were 3 times more than he quoted me! he will tell you everything you want to hear to book the job but has a bunch of other hidden fees! and i also found out after they left that he is not licensed and not insured, and the damaged a lot of my furniture and damaged the walls in my apartment. he also gave me a fake certificate of insurance, i found this out from my apartment manager after they left. please warn everyone you know so they dont go through the nightmare i did...rip offs rip offs read more

These guys are AMAZING!!!!!! Showed up at 9:00AM (as promised), worked like dogs all day. Hard workers. My daughter looked at me and said "I feel bad for them daddy". We have large heavy pieces. No complaining, In fact I made a comment, and they said "Hey we are movers this is what we do, don't feel bad for us". WOW So they packed everything up perfectly, didn't break anything. The pointed out all the existing scratches on my items, Very Professional. Worked 7 hours straight and asked "Can we take a short break". Got to my new home: 3 stories and no complaints. 15 hour day, got it all finished and were very cool. No cussing around my kids, very personable. I had to find a mover quick to move pallets from our warehouse in Fullerton to another warehouse in Riverside for the next day. I left a message and David called me back, even with his super busy schedule and was able to schedule something for the next day like I needed. The day of, a couple people were scheduled to do the move but due to an injury on a prior job one of the workers, there was a slight delay in the planned moved. David went above and beyond to make sure that HE showed up with a colleague of his, another David, to keep our scheduled move on track even with the time delay. When David and another David arrived they were very professional and explained the delay and continued on with the move. They even called me when they were finished with the move/drop off and let me know that everything went ok! I will definitely be using Dynasty Movers again for our moving needs ! read more

I even had to reschedule a few times because the painter's I hired didn't finish on time and Dynasty Movers didn't give me any problems with that. In fact, they were very understanding and courteous. Dynasty movers did a great job on a furniture move from Baltimore to LA. David and his crew not only did the job in a quick and timely fashion but repaired damage done from the Freight carrier to California. The delivery was set for the beginning of the week, so David and crew worked through the weekend to repair the items so the delivery could go out on time. Dynasty went beyond what was expected of them, and believe me i know the business. His crew is to be commended and applauded for their efforts. Never used movers before but at this point in my life I have more stuff and big heavy things like appliances and couches that I really just didn't feel like moving. Our moving needs were very last minute but they were able to get a couple guys out to us the same day we called. David and his company are amazing ! We just had to move my Husband's 89 year old Grandmother from La Habra to Santa Clarita. Dynasty Movers communicated with me through the whole process, they showed up on time and professionally packed the entire house. We were originally quoted this job as a 2 day job, day 1 would be packing and day 2 would be driving to her new house and unloading. They were so efficient they performed the whole process in 1 day. Telephone calls to the business were always answered by people who knew what they were doing and were polite. My moving process was explained to me in detail.....and it went exactly that way. Gave me a flat rate quote....no hidden charges. They called the night before to confirm, including time. This is the first time I moved and nothing got broken! Dynasty Movers set me up with an amazing crew ( 4 guys ) and man did they work their butts off. I thought the day of the move I would be more stressed out but I wasn't. I even tried moving some thing and James told me to just sit put that they had it all handled. Felt good to not have to lift a finger and actually feel safe with someone else touching my belongings. My Grandfather clock was moved correctly and that was one of my biggest concerns. I called Dave at 9:30 AM to see if he could move my fridge from my garage to my apartment on the 3rd floor and needed it done the same day. He was able to set an appointment for 5:00 PM and was able to do it for less than any other company I had previously talked to. The two movers were Gene and Kevin and not only were they early they were the most professional movers I have seen. They were fast, courteous, and nice. This isn't an easy place to get a fridge in and out of and they did it no problem. This was the most painless moving experience I have ever dealt with from start to finish. I called another moving company and they referred me to Dynasty for a smaller job. I called Dynasty on Friday at 5pm and got the job scheduled for Saturday 9am (the next day). The movers were very polite and careful. They boxed all small items and wrapped my big screen TV with plastic film and a blanket. If you have nice furniture, you do not want movers to rush the job and dump every thing in the truck. Yes, they went over their quote by one hour, but most movers do because it was on the phone and they had no glue how many (other unlisted) items I had. Matt and Dave! Very happy! I sold 3 pieces of furniture on Craig's List and advised the buyer to have professional movers make the transition. I recommended another company, but Dynasty was a bit less expensive so the buyer went with Dynasty. I was a bit skeptical as they arrived over an hour later than scheduled, but once they got going, my doubts disappeared. Matt and Dave did a beautiful job and I will use them in the future.
