Noemi promised cleaning top to bottom and every knock and cranny. She talked about a "ghost buster vacuum" and would vacuum the top of our cabinets and hutches. The company sent me a contract that listed what they would do. In the contract the utility room was listed. The crew of 5 cleaned the light fixtures, dusted the furniture, cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen and mopped the floors. When the crew finished and left, I checked their work. The top of the cabinets weren't vacuumed, the top of door jams were dirty, top of hutches dusty, top of curtain rods dusty, under the couch cushions full of debris. And the utility room wasn't touched. I called Noemi to express my concerns and after several attempts I got through. When I expressed my concerns Noemi said that couches aren't covered in the cleaning and utility room cleaning wasn't an oversight. She only admitted to not vacuuming the cabinets after I told her I had gotten up there to check. Overall, the crew did a fair job cleaning, but they didn't deliver on the deep cleaning top to bottom every knock and cranny. They also had poor customer service when any concerns were voiced. I also questioned the company's ethics by not honoring the items on the contract. Had I not gotten on the ladder and checked the tops of furniture and cabinets I would have believe that they cleaned it. They were willing to get paid for work not done. After all the back and forth, they first said they would send a crew to finish the work. Then there was a medical emergency and they couldn't send anyone. A few days later, I get and email from them that because I was"hostile" they would give me a discount if $100, which I never asked for a discount, but not going to send anyone to finish the work. In my experience, they promised a lot but did not deliver. They don't stand by their work or their contract.

Multiple spots on door frames, doors, and baseboards not wiped Cabinet faces in bathrooms and kitchen not wiped Inside of microwave was not touched Top of fridge wasn't dusted Top of pictures/decor/lamps not dusted Kitchen light fixture not dusted Window sills not properly wiped out Chairs in dining not dusted Laundry room shelf not dusted, tops of machines not dusted Bathroom sink fixture still dirty Front and back doors inside not wiped Several of these items they went back over more than once. The owner spent almost two hours here after the initial woman had cleaned going over her work and correcting the above items. I also expected the house to smell nice and clean and it did not. When I asked if diffusers were used, I was told "I think I saw she had one with her by the door." While they did attempt to immediately correct all the issues I had, I shouldn't pay $400 to tell you what to clean because at that point I could've done it myself (keep in mind I had already confirmed what specific items would be completed to prevent any miscommunication with this). The owner apologized but did not offer any changes to my bill or another opportunity to make a good first impression. I did a lot of research on who to clean our home pre baby and I was severely disappointed. I will not be using them again and would not recommend.

Florescent under roof of dock - no damage from pressure washing. The dock and walkway are clean enough to eat off of. But I won't. They do a wonderful job. Extremely professional. Very courteous. I hired this company for a move out cleaning service and had a terrible experience. When I arrived…read moreto check the unit, I found that a kitchen drawer face had been completely ripped off and placed back to conceal the damage. No one notified me. After I contacted them about the damage, they claimed the drawer was "already broken" which is completely false. The drawer was fully intact prior to the service, and I have multiple witnesses that can confirm this. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame the customer after being caught. I now have to repair this myself with only two days before my lease ends. Mistakes can happen but hiding damage and then denying it is unacceptable. The ladies that came by were very thorough, we had a walk through of the house prior to cleaning, they asked questions, if I had any concerns and which areas they should concentrate on. While cleaning they noticed one of my windows were broken (it has been broken for a couple yrs) but they notified me right away. They did a great service, I haven't had a deep cleaning since I moved in like 10 yrs ago. They got underneath the couches and above the fridge, areas they have been collecting dust for years. I have kids and the place was not exactly super clean with toys and items around. Afterwards we did another walk around after the cleaning to go over the areas cleaned. This time, it was pricey for what I had done and my carpet was soaking wet still an hour later with 2 fans running over the larger area. It was $169.00 with tax. That didn't include a tip and I always try to do that for a service, so I tipped separately. They cleaned the stairs (15) and an upstairs living area of mainly the open area and the walkways leading to that area. There was furniture in the room and they cleaned around it. After about an hour with the fans on and AC lowered to help dry, I got my wet/dry vac and sucked out more water/moisture and then got out the super big fan. In all, I had 4 fans running over the areas all night and they are finally drying. The carpet is older but still, it shouldn't have been soppy wet like that. Not sure if I will use them again. May need to find a different cleaning method with less water.

Carpet was cleaned and after that procedure was done, the tech sprayed a "protectant" down, I have yet to find out what this chemical is exactly. My wife called and spoke to Rachel, who assured her whatever was placed on the carpet was then extracted by the machine, HOWEVER, that's not true. I watched the tech spray something from a bottle and then proceed to rake the carpet, nothing was then "extracted" nor was the machine run over the carpet again. After the tech left, our dog became extremely nauseous, lethargic and struggling to breathe. We had to take her to an emergency veterinarian, after a series of tests, including all types of blood work, was able to determine she came in contact with some type of irritant or poison. We were there for close to 9 hours! This is a healthy 5-year-old dog who JUST had her bi-annual checkup last week. I called the next day and had Rachel call me back, told her the situation and only then, did she back-peddle on what she initially told my wife about this product being extracted back up because I told her I watched the tech spray it on and left it. She tells me this protectant is safe for pets, but when I asked for the MSDS sheet on this product, she tells me she will email it to me. Well, a whole day has gone by and guess what? NO EMAIL. These sheets should be readily available. Finally, a day and a half later, I finally get the SDS on this product and it's classified as a "Hazardous Chemical" per OSHA and causes irritation when breathed in or ingested, which this tech sprayed from a bottle, in mist form, 5-6 feet away from me and my pet in an unventilated room. Nowhere on these sheets sent does it say "safe for pets or children" as they claim. I called OSHA and the manufacturer, and both agreed this should not be applied anywhere close to people or animals and only is it really safe after it has dried. At no time did this tech tell us to stay off the carpet for X amount of time, or we would have done that. If you're a pet owner and love your pet like we do ours, then you can imagine the stress and anguish it was watching her struggle like she was, not knowing really what her outcome will be. I emailed this company to let them know what the product they use has done and the cost of our vet bill, which again, have had no response. So, if you have pets, or children for that matter, do not use this company. Only in it for the almighty dollar and could care less what damage they do. I have left this same review on G-00gle which keeps getting taken down... fishy
