So when I saw "Always Affordable Chimney" in Yelp, I thought, "Hmm, don't need a chimney right now". Luckily, I scrolled down, saw their other services and their high Yelp rating, so I gave them a call. Besides my back porch that needed replacement, I was also becoming concerned about a crack in the concrete base of my home's southeast corner that was growing larger over the years. When Tommy and his guys came down to give me a quote for the back porch, I asked him about the crack in the concrete wall. He said he needed to take a closer look. After moving everything away from the wall you could clearly see that the southeast corner of my house was sinking into the ground. So they dug around the outside corner of my house to get an even better look and said that the foundation on that end of the house which was actually an addition had failed, causing the sinking. So guess what? "Always Affordable Chimney" replaces "House Foundations" as well. And they're affordable!!! So my review is that whatever your brick or concrete or masonry needs are, give "Always Affordable Chimney" a call. You won't regret it!!!

They worked around Decembers rain and snow and frigid temps to get the repair completed before Christmas. After the snow melted in March we discovered a 1 foot drop in the soil they had fill back into our 8 foot hole. And the membrane had separated. They were very prompt in fixing it to perfection.
