We wanted to go with trex decking material. They Came up with a fantastic design. They also had to build a retaining wall. So there were multiple steps in this project. They helped getting all of the necessary permits and dealing with the town for all of the problems that came up. Updating 5/12. They finished the landscaping. They did an amazing job. Attaching before the whole project and the after. It was an immense project and there were roadblocks put up by the town but yellow wagon helped navigate all of those every step of the way. I had water damage to one of my room upstairs due to a radiator leak. I wasn't sure if we needed to do just the 1 room or the whole upstairs since the wood is all connected. When I had spoken to him on the phone he said there may be a slightly different color if we do just the one room. So before he came out, I asked if he can get us both quotes. He came out when I wasn't home but my wife was. He didn't measure anything. Look at the room where the damage was and left. He didn't look at the rest of the upstairs. I didn't get a message for him so I texted him. He gave me a quote for the one room. I asked, do you have a quote for how much it would be for the whole upstairs. He said he didn't look at the other room upstairs. I described the size of the other room upstairs and he texted back with a quote. I asked if you can send me in writing the 2 quotes. He said he has to charge me $150 for the quotes. Then I said, "What? Why?" He never responded. Just in case he didn't see it, I text him again the next day. He didn't respond again. Extremely disappointed with him and his lack of response.
