We just stopped in for shakes to go. We were greeted immediately and as soon as the order was…read moreplaced they went about making the shakes. We were walking out the door in less than 5 minutes. My wife's Cookie Dough shake was light on the cookie dough but otherwise a great job.

I have a nightshade allergy. I ALWAYS tell servers/clerks…read more I decided to try the PC and asked whether I could order take-out. The place looked clean, and I sat at the cute 'soda fountain' counter. A server promptly appeared. I asked for a few minutes to peruse the menu. Once ready, I flagged him down and inquired into the appetizers, they have options to order individually or a 'basket of (choice)' of three. The price for the basket was less than individually for two. I ordered the batter dipped fried green beans, onion rings, and pickles. I also ordered a hamburger MEDIUM (leaning toward rare) with ONLY 'triple' onions on the side (because I don't want:get the more expensive tomato and lettuce), with mustard and mayo; I substituted and paid EXTRA for fried mushrooms instead of the potato fries. I also decided to TRY the purple shake. I ENSURED the server knew and understood my entire order. My order took a WHILE. I had been told the condiments were in the side--I'd asked whether he'd be putting them in a small container and he said yes. My first mistake, leaving the premises without first fully examining the order. The shake, two sips, I then had trouble driving and once I got to my destination I was wobbly for a while. My basket was fried potato wedges(!!!), a FEW mushrooms, and onion rings. The burger was cooked to death ("well-done") and instead of the mushrooms I'd paid for extra(!!!), and instead of the dispensed containers of condiments I got a hand full of 'packets (disgusting).' Also, my burger was packaged with lettuce(!), tomato(!!!) and a few rings of onions. This whole thing was a fiasco and huge FAIL. I didn't enjoy any of the meal. If I'd looked before leaving I'd have demanded my money back and compensation for my TIME sitting there only to be incredibly disrespected. One star for ambiance and one star for positive:pleasant service (despite them FAILING so BADLY). This, for me, was so bad that I will not even visit the new PC which just opened in Rogers.

I was taken to Sullivan's Steakhouse for my Father's Day dinner, and unfortunately, the experience…read morewas extremely disappointing. Our waiter recommended the Father's Day special, which included a Dry-Aged Tomahawk Ribeye, two lobster tails, and two sides: the lobster three-cheese mac and cheese and the lobster garlic mashed potatoes. When the food was first brought to the table, everything appeared acceptable. However, upon closer inspection and after tasting the dishes, it became clear that there were significant quality issues. The lobster three-cheese mac and cheese was extremely dry and appeared overcooked. The lobster garlic mashed potatoes looked and tasted as though they had been sitting for an extended period of time and were noticeably burnt. The Dry-Aged Tomahawk Ribeye was severely overcooked on the outside and excessively salty. Even the butter served with the bread had what seemed to be an unnecessary amount of salt and pepper sprinkled on top, making it unpleasantly salty. The lobster tails were also disappointing. The shells were dry and appeared as though they had been under a heat lamp for too long. While the lobster meat itself was edible, it was the only part of the meal we were able to eat, along with some bread. We chose not to bring these issues to the attention of the restaurant while dining because we prefer to avoid drawing attention to ourselves. That said, we believe these problems should have been identified before the food ever left the kitchen. The restaurant's quality control and expediting process should have caught these issues. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing other meals being served to nearby tables that looked well-prepared and appetizing. We left our waiter a good tip because we do not believe he was responsible for the condition of the food. He was pleasant and simply recommended the special that the restaurant was promoting. Needless to say, what was intended to be a special Father's Day celebration turned into a very disappointing dining experience. We will not be returning anytime soon. Photos of the meal are available if needed.

Overall, our large party enjoyed this place. We loved that they reserved us a semi-private table…read morefor our group, and they even had two servers taking care of us throughout the night, which made the experience feel more accommodating for a larger party. Even with having two servers, I still feel like the service could have been a little quicker at times. It's not a huge complaint by any means, and it definitely would not stop me from going back because they seemed very busy that night. All of the appetizers were phenomenal. The calamari had a nice little kick to it, the caviar deviled eggs were just okay in my opinion, but the cheesesteak eggrolls absolutely stole the show and were probably my favorite thing we ordered. For dinner, I got the filet mignon. It was good, but as far as steaks go, it probably wouldn't make my personal top 10. The lobster mac & cheese, however, was really creamy and flavorful, and I enjoyed that a lot. I also ordered a cocktail that my waiter recommended, and while it tasted really good, it wasn't very strong. Overall, we had a really enjoyable experience, especially for a large group dinner, and I would definitely consider coming back.
