Overall, our large party enjoyed this place. We loved that they reserved us a semi-private table for our group, and they even had two servers taking care of us throughout the night, which made the experience feel more accommodating for a larger party. Even with having two servers, I still feel like the service could have been a little quicker at times. It's not a huge complaint by any means, and it definitely would not stop me from going back because they seemed very busy that night. All of the appetizers were phenomenal. The calamari had a nice little kick to it, the caviar deviled eggs were just okay in my opinion, but the cheesesteak eggrolls absolutely stole the show and were probably my favorite thing we ordered. For dinner, I got the filet mignon. It was good, but as far as steaks go, it probably wouldn't make my personal top 10. The lobster mac & cheese, however, was really creamy and flavorful, and I enjoyed that a lot. I also ordered a cocktail that my waiter recommended, and while it tasted really good, it wasn't very strong. I was taken to Sullivan's Steakhouse for my Father's Day dinner, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Our waiter recommended the Father's Day special, which included a Dry-Aged Tomahawk Ribeye, two lobster tails, and two sides: the lobster three-cheese mac and cheese and the lobster garlic mashed potatoes. When the food was first brought to the table, everything appeared acceptable. However, upon closer inspection and after tasting the dishes, it became clear that there were significant quality issues. The lobster three-cheese mac and cheese was extremely dry and appeared overcooked. The lobster garlic mashed potatoes looked and tasted as though they had been sitting for an extended period of time and were noticeably burnt. The Dry-Aged Tomahawk Ribeye was severely overcooked on the outside and excessively salty. Even the butter served with the bread had what seemed to be an unnecessary amount of salt and pepper sprinkled on top, making it unpleasantly salty. The lobster tails were also disappointing. The shells were dry and appeared as though they had been under a heat lamp for too long. While the lobster meat itself was edible, it was the only part of the meal we were able to eat, along with some bread. We chose not to bring these issues to the attention of the restaurant while dining because we prefer to avoid drawing attention to ourselves. That said, we believe these problems should have been identified before the food ever left the kitchen. The restaurant's quality control and expediting process should have caught these issues. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing other meals being served to nearby tables that looked well-prepared and appetizing. We left our waiter a good tip because we do not believe he was responsible for the condition of the food. He was pleasant and simply recommended the special that the restaurant was promoting. Needless to say, what was intended to be a special Father's Day celebration turned into a very disappointing dining experience. We will not be returning anytime soon. We celebrated my husband's birthday Saturday evening at Sullivan's. We had a great meal and an excellent server named Chris. That being said there were a couple of drawbacks. First if you are mobility impaired be aware that if you have to wait for your table, the bar is the only option as there are no chairs or benches in the lobby area. The bar did look nice and comfortable. They have a few handicap parking spaces to the left of the entrance with a wheelchair accessible sidewalk leading to the front door. We did not get one of those spots so I managed the 3 steps with the handrail. We were seated promptly as we had a reservation. The hostess was very nice and conversational. We started with cocktails. They have a very nice selection of drinks. I chose the espresso martini with vanilla vodka and my husband had the dirty martini. We were both pleased, the drinks were smooth and delicious. For our appetizer round we went with the half dozen charbroiled oysters. They have so many great sounding appetizers and we thoroughly enjoyed ours. For our main course we did go with their pre fixe menu option called "the sure thing ". The first option was a soup/salad choice and we both opted for the shrimp and lobster bisque. I don't recommend this. It was not creamy. It was like eating chicken broth with lots of lemon. The amount of seafood was good but the soup was under seasoned and disappointing. You could upgrade your steak which we both did and that was to an 8oz filet. We changed the Bordelaise sauce to the Bourbon peppercorn. It came with garlic whipped potatoes as well. I did forget to mention the very nice bread service which we enjoyed. Now about the steaks. They were divine. Seasoned perfectly with a delicious seared crust and a perfect medium rare. I was truly impressed. Dessert was included and we chose strawberry cheesecake and Bananas Foster bread pudding. Both were delicious. The other option was key lime pie which I am sure would be delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant but I will be choosing salad on the next visit over the bisque. Tried this place for the first time last month. We walked in and were not greeted. There was someone else waiting too that was not greeted. We looked around the restaurant for anyone we could find. They didn't seem to have but 1 person working. He was our host, our server, our food runner, etc. The service was slow. EXTREMELY SLOW. Like even the time between our apps and entrees was like 40 minutes. That part was painful. The food was very good though. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. But good. The apps were the best. The Wellington beef balls and the cheesesteak eggrolls were phenomenal. The stuffed shrimp was way over cooked, tough to eat and overall a horrible deal for the cost. I would not recommend that dish whatsoever. I'll go back but please improve service time and menu pricing and you'll have better reviews I bet and better luck to stay in business. Booth was filthy, napkin had multiple hairs , bread plates had dried food, fries were half dumped off the paper and onto the metal basket,waiter asked if we would like some fresh rolls and never came back with them. Service was okay but nothing above and beyond the minimum. Food was not even close to being worth the amount we paid for it. Appetizers and main dishes are overpriced for the small servings you receive. Scallops I had were tiny, and only six were served, for almost $50. Beef Wellington appetizer reminded me of eating Hot Pockets, they were that bad. This restaurant is a national chain and I don't think you get the quality service and food that you'd get from a local restaurant like Petit and Keet or Allsop and Chapple. The drinks were fair at least, nothing special but at least they have a respectable amount of wine with dinner. Aside from that I'd say avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere. read more

Wonderful Father's Day meal! Father's Day was wonderful from the time we set the reservation until the time we waddled out, full and replete. Setting the reservation was extremely easy online and we received a courtesy reminder via telephone two days before the event. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were quickly seated and warmly greeted by our fantastic server, Madison. She made sure we were comfortable with the menu, answered all our questions, and checked on us frequently throughout our meal. And the general manager, Ed Abihabib, stopped by to catch up with us and make sure our meal was going well. Of course the food was wonderful as per usual. My companions both ordered the filet mignon, while I ordered the steakhouse salad. Both steaks were cooked perfectly to order and my salad was delicious. We complemented our entrees with garlic mash potatoes, salt encrusted potatoes, and cream spinach. We finished with a shared creme brulee (vanilla) and an espresso martini (for me, not the driver!). Madison made sure to thoughtfully pack up our leftovers and wished us a great rest of the day. I'm deeply disappointed by my recent experience at Sullivan's Steakhouse in Little Rock. When my friend and I arrived, we were greeted warmly and seated on the patio. The greeter let us know our server would be with us shortly. However, despite being seated first, we watched as our server--Natalie--approached and served two white men who were seated after us. It was clear we were overlooked, and the situation made us extremely uncomfortable. We eventually decided to leave. ( we are two African American women) Before we left, we let the greeter know what happened. She told us that the exact same thing happened the day before with the same waitress. That told me this isn't just a one-time mistake--it's a pattern that the management seems to allow. Discrimination, whether intentional or not, has no place in any establishment--especially in 2025. I'm saddened and frustrated that this kind of treatment is still happening. I will not return to Sullivan's and hope they take steps to ensure all guests are treated with respect and fairness. read more

Came with a girl friend and we wanted to try too many things so instead of two meals opted to share a bunch of the appetizers and sides. Great decision! Service was absolutely terrible. Didn't order any apps, just ordered steak cooked medium and potato. Group of three. After an almost an hour of waiting, our food arrived. Two of the steaks were cooked medium well and well done. Both ordered medium. Sent the ribeye back. Server said manager would be delivering my steak out shortly. We went during happy hour and sat at the bar. Still got the same great impeccable service with food and drinks. The bar area is nice, louder than the restaurant area as they have a live band. Much more lively, yet still intimate enough to have conversations. We ordered a bunch of different apps from beef Wellington bites. They were so good! Juicy, super yummy and full of rich flavor with every bite. The sliders were a little dry, but they were super tasty as well. I wish we got more of the eggrolls! Each bite was so yummy. The taste of cheesesteak paired with a yummy eggroll. The meat was super tender and moist. And seasoned well. I always love the lobster bisque. It is super tasty and flavorful. This batch had huge lumps of shrimp in it. The crab fried rice was also really good. It has a great taste aside from the crab. It was super good. All the drinks were made to perfection. Yummy and full of liquor - no water down drinks here. My steak was too thick. And I hadn't eaten off the plate yet- I just received that tiny bit of thick steak (which they said was a ribeye) with three pieces of asparagus. I really felt they could've done better and with the many times I've been they usually have. Not sure what happened this time. This steak needed steak sauce and usually I don't. It's usually tender and seasoned to perfection. This steak was not. The other two pictured was tender, juicy, moist and flavorful. No steak sauce needed. The cheesecake dessert was ok. I prefer my cheesecake creamier. This was not as creamy or rich. We did enjoy our dinner here. We were able to try more of the menu and pick out more favorites. read more

We lucked up on a last minute reservation for 5 during brunch time on a Sunday. I was a bit nervous that we were able to get a table so easily, but I am so glad that we ended up here. The restaurant is huge and looks really nice inside. Our server Caden provided 5 star service from start to finish! Everything that we ordered was good! The Cheesesteak Eggrolls are everything!!! We started with 2 orders of those and the Crab Cake appetizer (which was yummy as well). For our entrees, 3 guests ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and 2 guests had burgers. Everyone was impressed! The parmesan fries were full of parmesan and equally delicious. For my drink, I had the Prickly Pear Paloma...it was very well done! We came here on NYE to have a good dinner with friends and to celebrate and have fellowship. We celebrated at Sullivan's a few years ago and it was so much better than tonight. We should have known it might not be the best night when our waiter didn't seem to engaged with us. We ordered drinks and the looked the menu over for dinner. When my drink arrived it had something floating in it. The waiter saw me fish it out and said he would bring another one. I'm pretty sure it was the same drink because he was only gone 5 minutes or less. I let it go but also questioned him about why my $20 drink wasn't in the smoking box as the description said. He said I was wrong then said maybe I was right and apologized. We went on with night. When the food arrived, both steaks were not hot, the creamed spinach was ice cold and I had to wait at least 10 more minutes for my entree while everyone else had there's. We told the waiter that the spinach was cold. He took it back and brought it back about 10 minutes later only to have it the same temp. The manager came over and said he would warm it up, but we told him he already took it back once. He then said he would not charge us. I ordered one more New Fashion and the waiter said here, it's right this time. Overall, we paid almost $300 for a not so good final meal to end the 2025 year. We will not be returning. read more

So I find myself at a place that I was nervous to try out based on the few reviews prior. This place is proof that you should always try things out in your own without the opinions of others. On today's experience I can't seem to understand the 3 star reviews. If a place just opened up....they don't need your negative feedback blasted. Be compassionate, be patient. With that..... We all tried a bit of everything, I had the Glen 12yr, friend had old fashioned, some had the chocolate martini and wife had the Paloma. All were solid. Easy and fun drinks. We were really blown away by the apps. The pork belly, amazing. The ahi tuna, delicious! The sauce on there was next level, and the shrimp egg rolls, solid! I had the lobster bisque to start and it was for sure one of the best lobster bisques. Peppery, creamy, and lots of lobster meat. I ordered the filet ( had to bc steak restaurant) and even though it came out medium well instead of medium....it was salted, peppered, and tender to eat. The medium would've been amazing. This put the best steak in town easily on top 3. Some had the sea bass, others shrimp and crab. We split the mac n cheese (sooo creamy and delicious), the asparagus (for not being grilled, it was really tasty) and Brussels. We all were satisfied, full, and cleaned our plate. Some of us are harder to please and they loved this spot. I can say, if you come and had what we experienced, you will leave happy!
