Do not buy your flooring here unless they have the full amount in stock. Twice we have had to change our project flooring because even though we were specifically told they could get more any time (Twice), they ran out and said it was discontinued. Fortunately another business was able to order more for us and stated that our flooring was not, in fact, discontinued. These guys are a bunch of liars and will say anything to sell the flooring. read more

I came in 10 minutes before closing, to quickly run in and out, just to see what flooring they had in their warehouse. I was ignored by the gentlemen behind the desk, which was fine. I asked a quick question, to just have the employee point me in the correct direction, as I wanted to get in and out of the store quickly. The employee was annoyed and said he cannot help me and check 21 messages at the same time. I was so taken back at his rudeness, I started to walk out, i then told him he was so rude, and as a business owner with employees myself, I would be extremely upset if our employees ever treated a customer this way. He did not care, just said you came in 10 minutes before we closed. I said I did not care, as I am the customer. In our business, many customers came in at closing. We always accommodate the customer. I was then told to leave the store. Since we are looking for flooring for an entire home, we decided to bring our business elsewhere. We found Overstock Flooring through a discount app. We got an incredible deal on top of the line flooring. We bought some Evoke brand laminate and saved over $2/Sq ft. The manager was helpful and answered all our questions. The manufacturer messed up and mixed in a different type of flooring in the palette. They exchanged it with no problems. They even took back the open boxes and cut boards. We will definitely be using them again for our flooring needs. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! THEY HAVE FOR EVER LOST MY BUSINESS. Worst Customer service EVER! Sam sat there upon me entering the store while he spoke on his head set with his feet on the counter like he was on a couch. I stood there for about 15 minutes without him even acknowledging I was there... talk about testing someone's patience.... No shame, His conversation consisted on ridiculous topics that were not pertinent to any job description.... and perhaps a significant other on the other end of the phone. I got tired of waiting for his service so I approached the desk and stared at him until he hung up the phone, which still took him at least another 5 minutes to even be bothered by my presence... Clearly he is so comfortable at his job he doesn't care about customer service or even selling anything! I was there to simply pick up a order from the month prior that was promised to be delivered 2 weeks out. I went to the Tualatin location 5 total times trying to pick up my orders and dealt with Sam 3 different times. After that encounter I came back after getting a phone call "stating" that my order was there from Sam....I showed up and he did nothing but the same thing he did the first time...WASTE MY TIME. On the phone again, not caring and after finally getting his attention enough for him to hang the phone up, he looked for my order......and NOTHING!..... LITTERLY STOOD AROUND FOR AN HOUR!!! WASTED OF MY TIME JUST WAITING FOR HIM TO GET HIS THOUGHTS TOGETHER AND TELL ME ITS NOT THERE.....HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME AS SOON AS MY ORDER GOT THERE. Once again.....weeks later, 3rd month in....when I was promised a product 2 weeks out turned to 3 months out...... I showed up for the 5th time and to my surprise Sam was actually helping someone out....getting them a refund when I have been told 3 different times, that was never an option...I came in because his voice mail Stated my order was there and to my surprise once again....IT WAS NOT!!!! I TOLD HIM IT WAS THREE MONTHS AGO WHEN I ORDERED THIS PATHETIC 40SQFT OF TILE. After asking for a refund he said no and I had to point out the Customer prior from me Who was a Beautiful Women got special treatment and was refunded multiple things while I was there. I demanded my money and he stated ok, but since I paid in Cash he would Cut me a Check right there ....after several minutes of weird silence he hands me a invoice stating a refund and had me sign it....I did, and then proceeds to tell me that I will get a check in the mail in 12 days....To make things more frustrating I had to clearly communicate to "Sam" that he shouldn't use language that states he is going to give me money on the spot and then later state that its billing who would issue a check and not him as he stated. I am angry still writing this review solely because I asked the Name of his Boss/Manager and billing department because I was tired of having to deal with such poor customer service, and to remind you that my contractors are long gone. Wasted money and Time. After my request for his boss, he got weird....He got up and squared up and looked at me in the eye and stated that there was "No Boss" over him. No Manager...and then I asked if this was his business and as he almost said yes, he corrected him self and I asked him several times why he couldn't give me that information , he kept saying there was no one over him and that he cant give out anyone's info....and he kept looking at me saying "dude this stops here"...TRULY PATHETIC AND COWARD BEHAVIOR. I am amazed at how this certain individual made things so complicated when things should have never gone that far. he wasted my time, money..,(contractors) gas, ect....And I still never got my order. I really hope to see my refund. I told Sam I would never Shop there again, and frankly its the worst customer service anyway!!!! I have spent so much money there before....Time to support another business! I HOPE SAMS BOSS SEES THIS POST! SINCE THERES NO ONE OVER HIM...... but is still an employee there...Not sure how they stay in business with a secretary like him dealing with customers. read more

Ordered tile from them the 24th of May took over 2 weeks to get with constant excuses it was the company they where getting it from not to mention the order was short my project has now taking over a month and it's still not completed ridiculous for such a small area of 15x16 just saying! Still waiting on the rest our order to show up real bummer good customer service but this whole order has gone badly. read more

Great experience purchasing carpet here. Bret was extremely helpful in explaining the various options to us. We started looking at wood floors, then changed direction to carpet. He was very knowledgeable in all of the products and helped us reach a decision we were happy with. We plan on doing tile in the future and will definitely be coming back, both because of prices and excellent customer service. read more
