Great local bowling spot. Not huge, so if there's an event going on you may not be able to get a lane, but on a typical day or night we've never had an issue getting one. Pricing seems pretty average. I was really impressed with the food--we had pizza, a BBQ flatbread, and chicken tenders with fries, and everything was better than expected. I also love that in the evening they dim the lights and do glow-in-the-dark bowling, which makes it really fun. Overall, a great family night out for us. read more

Had the BEST time here with friends! We didn't bowl, but we did get drinks and food and play a lot of pinball! I really appreciated how every pinball machine was working! So many times you go somewhere and some of the machines have problems, so this was really nice. They had lots of great food and drink options. We tried a few cocktails. All were very good and reasonably priced. We also got a burger, garlic cheese curds, and mini corn dog nuggets. The garlic cheese curds were my favorite! The staff were also super friendly. This is a very cool spot, It has an old school vibe to it but it doesn't feel antiquated, the arcade machines though, those are definitely showing their age. There is a ton of pin ball machines from all times and eras. There were no pool tables I was a bit disappointed to find this out. The prices are reasonable and the pizza was pretty tasty as well. The staff was really cheerful and attentive. And the music was at a really good level it was fun but you didn't have to scream all the time. All in all its a good time that could use some updates. Fun place to enjoy with friends and family. It is a very old building but it is still a good place for entertainment. There is a large variety of pinball machines in different rooms. There are vending machines as well. And an area where you can pick our a prize for the tickets you win from playing the pinball machines. Bowling as well is the main event there. I despise any kind of bowling with a nighttime/dark theme. Where annoying lasers are in your face and bad music in your ears. I get it. Apparently most people like that for some crazy reason. But I hate it. I tried checking the website for more information. Not only is it a terrible site that crashes and is unresponsive, the information I got was that "glow bowl" started at 9pm. But I wanted to confirm, so I called... 4 times. Nobody answered. Surely I would be fine since it was 2:30 in the afternoon, so I went. Well, here we are. Website is crap. Phone number goes nowhere. And if you want to use their bowling alley presumably at any time during the day you have to do it in the dark. read more

So I just wanted to take the girls somewhere different and we didn't wanna ride all the way into Orlando, the city where I feel the real nice bowling alleys are because they're geared to the tourist if you know what I'm saying. So we decided just to check this one out. It was kind of old, not really my style, not too many lanes maybe 2025 and it was somewhat busy on Presidents' Day. We had a good time though. This place is always great! Everything is the latest greatest, they have a slick food ordering system to bring it to your lane. But the crown jewel of This place (for me at least) is the pinball lounge. Every time I go in they have the most recent Stern machine and an amazing mix of all time greats. read more

From the outside this building looks like everything except a bowling alley. Just a plain blue building with the words Bowl. Could I get a tire rotation? Some parts for a A/C unit? I don't know. Once you enter through the door, things inside change. The space is not well designed, it is very plain and not appealing, but who cares, you are here to bowl. The lanes are clean, things work perfectly, the screens and machines work also, things are well kept. The prices are even more impressive, if you get here before 5 pm, you will be saving some mullah. I came here for the pinball room, I was hoping for some vintage machines mixed with modern pins, and that is exactly what I found. Just in terms of pinball selection, whoever picked these machines is either a genius or a collector. There has to be at least 40 pins, all working perfectly and charging a buck. Some have a 2-4-3 deal (2 bucks/3 games), so take advantage of that too. Bring some cash though. The star take away is because there were empty cups around the pinball room. People getting drunk at the bowling alley is fine, I guess, despite the blue collar appearance and contrast with the family ambiance that bowling alleys instill. I actually prefer not see it, specially if kids are around. I don't know, it gave me a weird vibe. Some traditions are weird anyway, like watching sports and getting plastered drunk. My daughter goes to Winter Springs High School where she is now in the 11th grade with her best friend in the world Katie. They both are on the Winter Springs Bowling Team. Myself I have grown up around the sport of bowling my whole life because my dad is a huge bowler and has been in many types of leagues. I have always loved the atmosphere that you get from a bowling alley, its so cozy, welcoming, fun and exciting all roll into one. One of my all-time favorite things about bowling alleys is that they always have an awesome arcade inside them with tons of different videos games you can choose from from shooters to racing game. Its really one of the only places you can still find a arcades because arcades are a dying breed. The one constant you can always find in a bowling alley is the classic game of Air Hockey which is one of my favorite games of all time. Oviedo Bowling Center is like every other classic bowling alley, it has a fantastic decor, great space for you to do all your bowling needs either watching or bowling. They had great customer service from the employees that I interacted with and their snack bar prices were on par with most bowling alleys I have been in in my life. But the coolest thing about this bowling alley was the amazing Pinball Lounge that was located inside the bowling alley, which had a fantastic collection of old and brand new Pinball machines that you can pour your hard earned money into just remember to bring your quarters and exchange them for tokens. All in all it was a typical bowling alley with a great atmosphere and great customer service I would recommend them to anyone who lives in Oviedo or is just visiting the Oviedo area they get a perfect game. read more

What a hoot! Several months ago, went here on a date night with hubby. Drank a pitcher of beer while we played pinball. We were one of three couples (two dudes, and a dad and son) in the game room. So much fun. Pinball prices ranged from 25 cents to over $1. Juke box in game room, but didn't check it out. Great place to bring a group of friends for about an hour or two of fun. Today, spoke with a family I know who hosted their granddaughter's sixth birthday party at Oviedo Bowling Center. This is my go-to bowling alley for cheap Thursday night bowling. They do college night, which means $1 shoes, $1 games, and $1 draft beers - don't even ask me what kind of beer it is, but hey, it's a dollar! And yes, the place is typically filled with college students and high schoolers on college night, but they're harmless (albeit loud). The place isn't very big, but you can call ahead and book a lane for the Thursday night deal to make sure you get a spot. Some of the equipment is a little rundown - for example, one of the lanes that we had had a keyboard that barely worked. Still, if you aren't looking for any frills and just want a cheap place to have some fun on a Thursday, it's not a bad choice. Plus, there's an awesome pinball room inside with tons of themed machines, including game of thrones, Spider-Man, the simpsons, the twilight zone, and more. As far as food, this place has pretty yummy curly fries, which my friend ordered covered in chili and cheese. It was overpriced, as can be expected for bowling alley food, but it was tasty. I haven't tried any other food, although I did get an awful $5 cocktail. Stick with the cheap beer! read more

This is our favorite bowling center in the local area. Though smaller, it has the most competitive lanes and the customer service is incredible. The pro shop is also excellent. Eric Ramos who owns the shop is an absolute professional and the only person our family trusts to drill the bowling balls we buy. Eric's knowledge of the different types of bowling balls has been invaluable. I highly recommend these lanes to anyone who wants to achieve better bowling scores. The first time I tried coming to Oviedo Bowling Center leagues had booked up all the lanes (So check lane availability by calling the front desk or through the website first!). So the next time I came in and actually bowled it was so much fun and I couldn't believe how cheap it was! They had a $10 unlimited bowling deal going on with shoes included, so my friend and I bowled all night long and just chilled. We could order food and drinks from the bar and eat it right at the lanes. We got a couple cocktails, shots, and tried the chicken cesar wrap and curly fries. Everything was perfect. The Pinball Lounge located inside the center has got a really cool vibe. I took my husband there for a date night and we had a great time. I saw there's a Friday $10 unlimited pinball deal too, so next time we'll do that. Really cool place to hang out and glad to have a place like this to have fun on a budget. read more

Everyone loves bowling, right? My wife and I do. We took our 2.5 year old on his first trip out to the lanes at the Oviedo bowling center. Little did we know that Oviedo Bowling Center was not family-friendly. Besides the outside looking like an abandoned meth lab or a vacant haunted house the inside had 20+ lanes, amazing pinball lounge and plenty folks who don't like new faces. It started with the lackadaisical and seemingly annoyed behavior from the shoe clerk. When we dared to ask which lane so I could walk my kid to pick out a ball he sarcastically explained we needed shoes first. When I asked him what oil configuration was on some of the lanes (there was a high school match coming up) he said, "the machine kind". Thanks kid. Then to the crotchety old owner, Bob. I know this because I had to introduce myself twice after he condescendingly spoke to my wife and was annoyed my 2.5-year-old was not bowling up to his standards. Yes, we know lasers are used to drop the gate, yes we know there are bumpers available, no we don't want him to use the ramp, when he knocks down 2 pins he did it himself. **Don't respond about gates breaking, etc. we know the job. just don't. No gates were gonna break and so sorry the pin monkey had to get off his stool twice. Hush it and realize it's part of the business** But Bob insisted we use the ramp. Unfortunately the end of the ramp had no rubber coverings and he was upset it was scratching his floor. Obviously our fault, Bob. I'll head to Ace Hardware to fix your must-use ramp, Bob. Also the 2 more times I walked up to Bob to start over, like I said we bowl, we want to get to know each other, he started a conversation with someone with their back to him, the coffee maker, an elephant in the claw game, etc. He didn't like us, ok. I get it. As I went to enjoy the pinball lounge I realized I needed change of a $20 for the quarter machine. As I ask the desk clerk for change old man Bob politely(or old man growly) yells at me from his perch by the stale hot dogs, "can't you just get quarters from the change machine?" I was a little concerned when we drove up to the place. It's a huge grey building with nothing nice outside -- kinda ghetto. I figured we would try it out anyway. The inside was worse! The chairs must be 50 years old! When my daughter pinched her finger in a crack in the old chair, I had enough.
