A few years ago, a friend of mine owned a shop in Easthampton. His name is Ron Midgett. Ron could do any repair, rehair bows, had lots of instruments of good quality for sale at very reasonable prices. But then he retired and moved to Hawaii to grow herbs with his new wife. I spent a lot of time looking around for another similar luthier and was contacted out of the blue by David Baker, who was reaching out to teachers online.
