When the day came for installation, they arrived at the early side of the time window and got right to business. The team of two were friendly and kind. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. In a handful of hours they were finished! A few days later we received an email making sure we were pleased with the work. They are also a company that offers a PUD rebate that saved us about $250 on top of the already great price.

Scheduled to have windows replaced in the middle of January. Understand that not everything will be perfect but I probably shouldn't have been the one to have to point thing out like basic window operation not being correct, missing exterior caulking, etc. Some issues were fixed the day of install but most needed several service calls to address. As of today (two months later), I am still waiting for two defective windows to be replaced in the kitchen. The front office phone reps were all great as is the service tech that has come out the last three times. I just wish I didn't need to adjust my schedule to accommodate all of these visits. Since I'm still waiting for the original job to be completed, I can't in good conscience leave a review better than two stars. 4/14/26: Windows were completed today. He also left drywall mud all over the front door which was newly painted very recently. New kitchen island had to be moved as it was non ADA compliant, and his electrical installation of kitchen lights left potential for extremely dangerous shocks. Again, RUN!

I tried 6 different locksmiths in Seattle advertising they can-do BMW, but only 2 would actually meet with me to "look at it". Nick from Cascade Locksmith was flexible and willing to "try", despite the difficulties inherent to BMW's. I like his pragmatic attitude in an uncertain situation. I recently purchased a 2012 BMW Z4 E89, with only 1 working key, second key completely dead. Purchased 2 new blank keys online (Ebay) $30, but not able to connect them to the vehicle, b/c this generation of key fob requires programming (pair slaving) to the specific vehicle; about $2k+ in hardware and annual service agreements, so not worth it for one car. Dealership wanted $450/key for this same level of basic functionality, so that's all insane pricing and not happening. The "Comfort Access" function (touchless entry) will be another $300 for the second key, which it can only handle two keys. Nick says he may be able to get the "Comfort Access" working on a second key, but it will take more time than he has today. He had potential customers calling repeatedly in a panic being locked out of their cars, etc. So today is not the day for this, but he said he can come back when things calm down. Works for me.

Since then, I haven't been able to get a response either on Yelp or at the provided email. I can't speak to the quality of their work because, despite several attempts, I won't ever see it. What I can say is that communication and responsiveness does not appear to be a priority. Looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
