It's long, but worth reading…read more.. Listen, I did the research and even discarded family/friend's suggestions on body shops. I chose this place due to the reviews but I should have known better than to believe it could be that great. My vehicle was improperly fixed (from a different bodyshop) from a previous accident before I purchased it. After discovering that there was water leakage in the trunk along with an improper alignment- the dealership agreed to pay for all repairs to a bodyshop of my choice. It was clear from the beginning that this place has a very narrow minded atmosphere when the front desk lady didn't know how to handle my situation. After speaking to the owner, I knew this was gonna be difficult because he reeked of arrogance and even cut me off during my explanation. After I missed my first appointment, I called back to reschedule only to find out the front desk lady once again had no idea about who I was nor how to deal with my situation. Once my vehicle was ready for pick up, I examined it and noticed that my interior fabric panel was unsealed and messed up. Once Doug, the owner, decided he was ready to get off the phone and attend to my concerns it got disturbing. He stepped out with me and aggressively started ripping apart my interior trunk to dismiss my concerns. He ended up breaking plastic pieces only to admit that the panel was poorly handled by his people and would have to stay messed up because he had no interest in replacing it. He stated, "i would not make a profit off of it". He continued to accuse this entire fiasco on the dealership, he didn't shut the hell up until I shot down every single diss he made at the dealership. After mentioning why only the leakage was fixed and not the entire trunk, he proceeded to say that he was "unaware" of those problems and expressed that he would refuse to fix it because the problems came from a poorly done job and not a collision. Cause that makes a difference? He stated, he knew "no one who would fix this type of issue". Now I know this company, they are going to respond to this review and try to shift the blame on anyone besides themselves. Let me finish by saying, they are most definitely overpriced. They charged $500 in labor for $15 worth of items- no exaggeration. I do NOTA recommend, a dealership bodyshop is better and probably cheaper. This review is 100% honest, I am not being petty (1. The repairs are not coming out of my pocket anyway, 2. My vehicle is going to be repaired by the right people, 3. There is no reason to be petty). There is no exaggeration, I not once showed any form of disrespect to any of their staff including Doug. I gave this place the chance to fix their mistakes without being rude or exasperating, they said no so now I tell the story. Simple. So don't bother responding to this review Complete Collision, I have given you the opportunity to speak your truth and make things right. Don't make a front just because this is now public.

I brought my wife's car in for front end repairs. J.P. quickly performed an estimate and, while…read morethe shop was busy, said that he would expedite the repairs as best he could. Upon further examination, he found that other repairs were necessary, but he said that he would take care of them as quickly as possible. J.P. kept in touch with us regarding the repairs, and got our car back to us in two days and under the estimate price! We could not be happier with the quality of service and the price for the repairs. I will recommend Caliber Collision to friends and family and they will get any future business I may have. UPDATE Caliber Collision apparently likes to immediately…read morerespond with apparent concern for their dissatisfied customers. However, when you contact them like they requested you get no reply, just crickets and swollen silence. If you like bad customer service with the facade of caring for these customers then you should stay far, far away from this business. If you still go there after this warning then you will be doing this at your, or you car's, peril. Thanks Louis and Craig for your lack of info and definitely your lack of help. At least your company backs you up when you fail. This stems from a company that wants business without any question of their work. Original review: TL;DR *********** STAY AWAY. IT'S NOTHING LIKE CAVINS ******* After being rear-ended and having their insurance (Progressive) give a few body shops on the preferred list I went with the old CAVINS that had been bought out by Caliber. I had such hope that Caliber could handle a relatively simple repair in a professional manner and with a customer service forward attitude. The promise of an update 3 times a week ends up just being a an automated text saying when the expected pickup date is. This date continues to move with little information on why. Even after a voice call to ensure the car would be ready for pickup on said day b/c I leave for a 2 weeks out of town. Nope, put off your out-of-town plans b/c 'sir, it needs 1 more day.' Thanks, Louis! I get it home to give the repair a close inspection. The color doesn't match the NFR color on an AP2 S2000. Brassier, more orange or even a hint of brown. There was overspray clumps/drips not sanded or finished which rubbed the paint off of the adjacent trunk lid. 'I can get my guys to buff it out.' Why not get them to do it the first time before new damage? Perhaps check after completion or another's eyes as QC? It's a convertible and on the drive home I also notice the glass rear window in the top was disconnected from the upper part of the window. The canvas disconnected from the top was flapping when I tried to exceed 45mph. I would have noticed this issue on my drive to drop off. 'It wasn't like this when I dropped it off' "My guys didn't touch that area" 'Something caused it to disconnect and I didn't do it and it wasn't like that when I dropped it off and you have pictures. Also, I called immediately after picking it up.' Thanks for the excuses, Craig! I reluctantly gave one * to be able to post a review
