Took my car in for same day service for a flat tire. They were very nice and accommodating.

DO MOT TRUST THEM! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation for my son's truck. They called me to tell me he had a nail I the side wall and also need almost $1000 of additional services. Approved the tire replacement and rear differential fluid replacement. Charged me for a wheel alignment I did not approve or needed. These guys can't be trusted. I will never do business there again. read more

I decided to try Firestone first as they open earlier and tend to have more tires in stock, but normally Goodyear is my go to. Just noticing differences between Goodyear and Firestone around the corner on Jones Creek. Tried Firestone a few minutes after 8am this morning (they open at 7), and they told me that my car would be there all day. I have a Fleet vehicle (work car), so that wasn't appealing to me. The person seemed slammed as the phone was ringing away with another customer in the lobby telling me that he hadn't seen anyone yet. Drove around the corner to Goodyear and was told no one was ahead of me, so they could do it in about 30 minutes (except the awaiting approval for the Fleet company takes minutes to hours). They consistently walk out to assess my car as soon as I show up vs Firestone that seemed to busy to do that. Again, I imagine they are both great. Firestone has better hours (as they open at 7 instead of 8 like Goodyear) and are open on Sundays, but I really love the efficiency and customer service at Goodyear. Of importance, Gary is the absolute best!! Always a 5 star experience here. read more

After a bad experience with Firestone the day before, I called Goodyear on Coursey Blvd and spoke to Gary. He was very informative and helpful. When my wife and I arrived to check out the two different types of tires we were interested in, he was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding which types to buy. Installation was very thorough and done in a timely manner. Goodyear is a brand I trust as I have had a good experience with them on our camper. I definitely recommend this Goodyear store and Gary. read more

This location has really improved over the years! I used them 7 years ago and remember having lots of headache-inducing issues. But I tried them again recently and they are awesome! Super friendly service, straightforward pricing, and pretty quick turnaround time! I called with an issue on a Saturday morning, brought her car in around 1pm and they had it ready for me by 2pm. Their excellent service and professionalism has me set on returning here for my next car issue (which hopefully will be several years away)! read more

Got great tires and wonderful service. I bought a set of tires for my Genesis. I needed some good tires while I waited for some custom rims and tires to come in on back order. I couldn't wait anymore my tires were BALD and I needed a new set to keep me going until the custom ones came in. They hooked me up with some quality tires for a really good price. Then a few months go by and my custom wheels came in. They installed them for me for no charge. I was super excited to finally see them on my car. And the guys were almost as excited as I was once they put them on. They could tell is was a big deal for me and were all about the vibe. Great group of guys, top quality service. I recommend. Went in for a flat repair, with an appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful. Took it back and immediately got to work. I was out in less than an hour, and it was FREE. Absolutely will remember them next time I need service. Also, the staff courteously, but firmly, verbally enforced Covid safety measures - both social distancing and mask requirements. The guys at this service center always take care of us when we bring any of our vehicles for service. They have the cleanest and best smelling shop around. Will not purchase tires here again , purchased some Kelly tires here and had a problem with a defective tire , did some research on the issue and found that Kelly tires have had a history of "stress cracks" , went back to this location and even spoke to the guy who sold them to me . Well instead of taking me seriously at first he tried to act like I was stupid and said he had never heard of this until I explained to him I had done some research and then he changed his tune and had my vehicle moved to the rack so he could look at my other tires . When he was done he said well you know some times tires just wear out , I don't know what you expect me to do ? Well what I expected was for this person who represents Goodyear to take care of a customer who has done a lot of business here and make good on a defective product .This however did not happen .
