First truly negative experience I have ever had to post. I wish I could give them a 0. They are amazing when you are buying however, when you have a problem you might as well forget it. An employee Allison is the absolutely worse at dealing with customers and very, very rude. Thank goodness we decided the warranty wasn't worth the disrespect! An unhappy customer will tell 15 people. An extremely dissatisfied customer will tell 20+. I am sure I am wayyyyyyyy beyond that by now. Buyer beware!!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Brought my vehicle in for an alternator. Got my vehicle back with a broken headlight. I thought that after being a loyal customer for over 15 years and spending over $15k on all family vehicles through the years with them that they would like to keep that customer, but would would be wrong in believing that. I have repeatedly attempted to get this dealt with in a civil manner, but they refuse to accept responsibility. The manager pulled the video from when it was pulled in and it was fine, but when they closed the hood to pull it out, the light "fell out". Took it back to try to get it fixed and they bolted the light into the housing from the top so that it points downward at the road rather than up as it should be. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU PHOTOGRAPH IT FROM EVERY ANGLE PRIOR TO LEAVING IT WITH THEM! read more

Customer Service is a dying art. Thankfully it's still alive at Chabill's tire Center. I stopped at Goodyear Jiffy Lube and fire stone on the way to chabills and received very unsatisfactory service. Fire stone told me it would be two days before they could even look at it. Goodyear told me it would have to be tomorrow there was no way they could touch it today. Jiffy Lube told me they were gonna fix it then the manager came in and override the guys and said we can't fix it it might cause harm to the car. My boy Nick at chabills on coursey just got in done and fixed it. No charge! They do not charge to fix flats when you buy your tires there. Furthermore they have Wi-Fi that works in the waiting area and coffee.This is superb customer service and this is why I chabills on the way up and all the others are on the way out and down. We had our tires replaced here. One tire was faulty, and continually leaked, immediately upon pick up. They said it was the tire manufacturers fault, not theirs. The manufacturer said Chabills could replace the tire and file a claim with them. A third party tire place looked at it, and said it looked like it had been damaged by the people who installed it, meaning Chabills. Ultimately, we had to pay for *another* new tire out of pocket, because Chabill's refused to replace it. We will never be back. read more

Major issue is they hit a valve stem while mounting a tire on my rear wheel and it gave out on me on the interstate due to valve stem failure and bent a wheel. No resolution other than offering me a discounted service next time I brought something in or for a discounted wheel repair... Before now the only time I was there was for a couple of Tire patches that were done extremely well and for a great price. So fast forward a couple of years later and I went to get two tires mounted and balanced that were already off of the vehicle and was charged close to $90. Granted, that should have been on me for having to ask first and then getting the work done, but I assumed their rate was around the same or if not better than other tire shops within a mile radius. I usually pay in the neighborhood of 50 for this type of service but they separate mounting and balancing as two separate $20 charges and then put tax on top of that. And I'm assuming a disposal fee if you want them to get rid of your old tires but that it was not my case since I'm keeping mine to install later elsewhere read more

I'd give it no stars but i have to give it atleast one. I took in my vehicle that i just bought for a front end alignment. When i called for the estimate the mechanics ask if i wanted to sell it. I said no, I just bought it. He said, Oh I saw the for sale on the back. Anyway, he told me all types of stuff that was broke on it, even a cocked front wheel. And that it would cost $2000-$4000 to fix it. I took it some where else for a second opinion and found out that, after talking to Tire Engineers up the road from them, that they lied and it would only cost $400 to fix. I got a quote from my local car dealerships on some tires. Saw Chabills ad that they will not be under sold will match at 125p/c. When there with my quote. Called to let me know she could not match the quote. It was below their cost. Not my problem. Should not be advertising like they do. Totally false advertising. Would not recommend. read more

I bought 2 new tires after I was ran off the road. Cody was a good guys to help me at first. ....but then he tried to insult my integrity for not showing up for the other two because I travel for a dbl six plus a year income. Well Cody....had you you not placed junk tires on the first two they would still be ok after this 1 + month usage ...and also fyi. My rim was cracked and your team still placed the new ones with out details observation. And in front nal the tires ....why would I buy 2 more from you when the two you sold me where garbage. Unfortunately I got a flat tire hitting a tight curb turning onto Wrenwood off of Jefferson coming from Essen (be careful guys.) I called 6 places to get an estimate on 2 specific tires that I needed for my car. I called Chabill's and apparently the number is for a call center and a really nice lady named Susan gave me an estimate that was already a good price and then she looked in the computer and said Costco had the tires for cheaper so she lowered the price even more. The next day I go to Chabill's and I'm greeted by Jason. He was really nice and got my car started on right away since I was waiting on it. The waiting area was nice, clean and had free coffee. Before I knew it my car had 2 brand new tires on it and I was ready to go. I think it only took 45 minutes. Jason and the entire staff of Chabill's were very nice, professional and did a great job. We always bring my husband's old Tahoe here and they alway do a great job. The guys are very nice and knowledgable and communicate very well about what's going on with the car in understandable terms. They are thorough and polite and friendly. Quick too. My only negative is that my husband had the spare on the truck and a whole in his regular tire. When he got the truck back after a rotation and alignment they had left the spare in the back of the SUV instead of mounting it under the truck where it belongs. That wasn't cool. read more

I went to chabills on coursey to have 4 new tires mounted. I had the tires and rims in the back of my truck and was just going to leave them. Easy job since I had the tires off already. I asked how much it would be and he gave me a quote of $447.41. holy cow!!! needless to say I didn't get the tires mounted. I've never even heard of getting tires mounted would cost so much. If you think chabills is friendly and polite its because they're trying to screw you. If you need any work done on your car go somewhere else and you'll save a lot of money. read more

My wife took a day off work to bring the truck in for an estimate on some noisy brakes. She had an 11:00 appointment and waited for half an hour, then decided to leave the truck and walk home. By 1:30 she still had not heard from Chabills, so she called them. They hadn't even looked at it yet. She walked back to the shop to pick up the truck and they informed her that they could have it finished by the end of the day (how they could know this without having looked at the truck is beyond me). So bottom line is that they reneged on an 11:00 appointment so they could finish paying jobs first, then expected my wife to wait around for 6.5 hours for them to finish a job in which they had no idea what would even be required. She definitely felt taken advantage of because she's a woman. Will be bringing my business elsewhere. read more

While on Coursey, I pulled over to the side of the road so an ambulance could pass. As soon as it passed, I realized I had hit a drainage cover which popped my tire. It was almost 5pm. I called Chabills, and told them I was trying to put my spare on, and was on my way. Fred Miller and Christian said they would wait for me to get there. They both stayed over to ensure my tire was changed. I was in and out within 30 min. Christian was even kind enough to put my spare back in the proper spot. I would highly recommend Chabill's to anyone in need of service. The people are friendly and the waiting area was extremely clean. If I could give no stars I would. Don't go here unless you have PLENTY of time to waste. Don't bother making an appointment because they don't keep them. Will take other customers ahead of yours even though you made an appointment 3 days prior. They depend on NAPA to deliver their parts so the customer is also now at the hands of another company who does not have a dog in the hunt and doesn't care if they take 10 minutes or in my case 2 hours to deliver parts. Who trusts their customer's experience to another company! Was there for brakes on front only and it took over 4 hours with an appointment. These are brakes they had installed only 30,000 miles prior so do I have to look to replace these again in another 30,000 miles because they use inferior product or did they really replace my brakes the first time? I should mention my brake fluid was low so now wondering if it was only the brake fluid and I just got ripped off because I am an older female. The brakes should not have needed replacing after only 30,000 miles. Should also mention I had dental appointment which they made me miss and it cost me another $50.00. They knew of the dental appointment but apparently they don't care about that either. Appointment for Brakes was at 10:30 a.m. Dental appointment was tat 2:30 pm...didn't leave there til almost 3:00 pm. For simple brakes...not rotors...brake pads only!!!!! AT the very least they should have offered some sort of discount for the early failure of brakes they put on earlier...they simply do not care. Will NEVER go there again. read more
