I loudly, sternly and publicly complained as I walked out the office. No curse words, no names just upset about being charged without my consent. later that same day I went to the lab and they couldnt see me because someone was actively in my chart. 3 days later I get a missed appt fee for a missed appt in Sept that I missed due to my daughter having a seizure. I called prior to appt to advise staff and was told I wouldn't be charged. ALL OF A SUDDEN when the UNPROFESSIONAL and DOWNRIGHT RUDE FRONT OFFICE STAFF are called out for their bs billing practices, unauthorized charges and lies; I get charged for a missed appt due to a medical emergency that was cancelled prior to the appt. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
