I'm waiting on color appropriate pieces to complete my newly renovated living room. Polite and friendly service - Jim and Nikki were very helpful in the selection process. Pouring through a bunch of photos on my smartphone, they were able to match a dining room set and other pieces. As for the living room, I found a great coastal unit - I'm just waiting on the "right" color. Delivery was as simple as requesting it and providing a home address. From purchase to installation, I waited three days. Jim and a helper - both wearing masks - delivered everything themselves and left no trash behind. I told her I needed a little time to be sure I was ready to make the purchase and told her I would be back soon. When I returned the 2 items I wanted were still there. I asked her if i could get the love seat & put a deposit on the recliner & come back in a week or two. She said yes that they would hold it for me. When I needed the delivery Jim stepped in and made it very easy and delivered it to me that same day!
