Problème avec frigo et lave-vaisselle acheté en juillet 2023. Le technicien est venu 5 fois pour mon frigo - 2ième fois, il n'avait pas la bonne pièce, la 3ième fois pour installer, 4ieème fois ce n'était pas la pièce le problème et la 5 ième fois il est revenu pour changer l'intérieur de mon frigo. Ensuite mon lave-vaisselle avait un code E4, en aout il a arrangé un switch mal positionné ensuite tout fonctionne et encore aujourd'hui le problème est présent, j'appelle pour le mentionné et on me dit que la compagnie garantie 90 jours sur le travail. Belle façon de faire de l'argent !! Évidemment, je n'ai plus de garantie car j'avais tout acheté neuf donc je me disais pas besoin de prendre LA grosse garantie. Si je pouvais mettre ZERO, croyez-moi ce serait fait. Ne respectent pas les RDV, ne répondent pas au téléphone, ne rappellent pas les clients quand tu laisses des messages sur leur site. T'envoient des messages pour te dire qu'ils arrivent mais ne se pointent pas. Là, un gus vient de m'appeler pour me donner un RDV. après 3 visites des techniciens mon frigo n'est pas réparé encore. premier technicien a essayé de relever les pattes avant pour basculer le frgo en arrière. le deuxième technicien a trouvé qu'il y a une pièce défectueuse,il a confirmé qu'ils vont la commander. aujourd 'hui le technicien arrive avec une pièce qui n'a aucun rapport avec mon frigo. ça fait 3 fois que je reste prisonnière dans ma maison en attendant le technicien. read more

I did not get any service as they were supposed to be at my place in the morning. at 12:40 they called to say I was next on their list but I had to get to work. I rescheduled for the week after and they didn't show up at all. They are wasting my time and I am losing money not being at work. When I called to cancel everything , they said they already bought parts for me which is weird since they don't know what is wrong with my fridge. Stay away from this company read more

Arrivé sans la pièce, il ne savait même pas le modèle du frigidaire malgré que dans la demande on a donné toutes les informations. Il nous a dit qu'il n'avait pas la pièce et qu'il fallait la commander car ils n'avaient pas en stock. Ça c'était vendredi Alors que ça fait déjà une semaine qu'on a fait la demande de service. Il a quitté et on a appelé pour une autre rdv. On nous a assuré que on allait avoir le technicien le mardi suivant. Le mardi arrive et le technicien ne vient pas. I cannot tell you how frustrated and dissatisfied I am with this company's service!!! I purchased a warranty for my new appliances through Brault & Martineau. This is the company they use. I called about 2 problems with my new LG refrigerator in November of 2022. They called asking me to describe the problem in detail. I provided photos and as much description as I could seeing as I am not an appliance technician. They then gave me an appt. Of course when they give you an appointment they cannot possibly give you an exact time. So you spend half a day waiting. The technician finally arrives without the required part for the problem you have already described in detail. They know they are coming to fix a broken part, yet in their repair truck they have no parts! They then supposedly write a detailed report, outlining the problem and specifying to the company what parts are required. They give you a second appointment. Again another half a day wasted waiting, given no exact time for the service call. This time the technician arrives with only one of the 2 parts required to resolve the problem. You express your frustration. This technician assures you that he himself will come the next time to fix things so there won't be any more misunderstandings. You are then given a third appointment. That's 3 half days wasted, waiting for a service call. By the way, I work night shifts as a nurse, which I told them, so on top of wasting half a day each time, I need to sleep during the day, so I am also unable to sleep! Today, the 3rd technician arrives. Another half a day wasted, another day without sleep after my night shift! And AGAIN, the technician arrives with no part and no knowledge of what part was required or what the problem with my fridge door is. He then insists there is in fact no problem. I ask him to look at the previous report and contact the previous technician. He tells me I will have to contact Oxebo myself. I have now been on hold for 30 min only to be connected to an automated voice message. This is poor and unacceptable customer service and money completely wasted on a warranty. I called this company because LG gave me their contact info saying they're their authorized service point. Called them up bcs my 10 year old dryer stopped working. Explained to the customer service guy exactly what was happening with it over the phone, gave the model and serial numbers. I was told it'd be $155 plus the cost of any parts needed excluding taxes. Agreed and booked the appointment. The technician shows up a week after the call, pops open the dryer's hood, checks the control panel, test here, test there and literally 10-15 minutes later he tells me I'd need a new panel. Ok, how much? Let me see, he checks on his phone and hmmm, apparently it's discontinued, nothing could be done. Your dryer could RIP. You owe me $155 plus tax and.... that's that. Ummm woww... wait, What?!? I'm no technician or anything but why would a repair company ask for the model and serial numbers over the phone then queue me, make me wait a week in anticipation for a solution? I thought it was for checking if that model's parts are still available or not at their place (if they carry any inventory) or contact the manufacturer to check availability BEFORE sending over a technician to service the machine. You had a full week to do your homework Einstein. I mean I even explained to you over the phone what the problem was and for heavens sakes, it's a frigging dryer, not one of NASA's outer space exploration equipment. There's the control panel and which I told you it's gone dead but upon opening up the door of the dryer, the light inside the drum comes on. How complicated it is to figure out that the panel could be dead or a short somewhere in there? How many more panels or boards are there in a frigging dryer?!? Also, you're bragging on your website that your company is in business since 1955. Have you not encountered this same or similar problems as a repair company within more than half a century you're in business?? Had to argue with the manager over the phone, dispute the ridiculous charge of $155 plus tax which was basically for his technician to drive all the way up to my house to tell me the part needed is discontinued. Settled to pay $100 plus tax (yea even that I shouldn't have). Service guy was nice but management and their consideration towards customer interests is practically zero. Profits first, customer needs.... take a number. Also, I even called and left a message to the owner of this place, left my contact info to call me but from the sounds of it, he took my $100 and ran far lol. Hey boss, if you're reading this, please don't send a technician to anyone's home BEFORE you check parts' availability FIRST. You're an "authorized" service centre after all. You gotta do it right. Or at least, have the common sense to warn the customer that the part is not available anymore. Ask: "Are you willing to take the chance and ask for a technician to come over anyway as there could be a minor problem causing the issue?" At least give some heads up so we know what we're getting into. Sorry boss, but someone had to tell you how to do your job correctly! Shame that LG and other brands put their trust in you. Crooks and incompetent! Fits the description of this biz. I advise you to look elsewhere, there should be plenty of repair companies in the city who do things fairly.
