The prize we won that he refused to redeem.
    John O.

Sent a fake prize in the mail. When we went to redeem, Dalton created a phony excuse for why we can't get our prize of an IPad Pro. He then tried to swindle us into buying a car and admitted that the prize is just there to get people to come look for cars. He was very rude when I was simply asking for clarification. Dalton claimed that we could only have our car if we bought a car or referred someone else to buy a car. I read all the small print and nowhere did it state that. This dealership is a sham and run by people that just want to take your money. Do not come here. Super rude. DO NOT COME HERE

After my 2 year old Elantra broke down leaving us stranded, we left the vehicle at this dealer since it was close by. They were closed at the time, and being July 3rd, had to be creative at getting ourselves back to Cali. Nearly 2 months later my car was ready. Being this repair was under warranty, I asked them to please make arrangements to cover the rental. Denied! "Call national office" -nearly 3700$ I payed out of pocket. Fast forward. I arrange to drive back to return the rental and pick up my car. Upon arriving I see me vehicle sitting there, unlocked, and so dirty that I couldn't see out the window. I literally had to go to a car wash before heading back home. Additionally, I requested a ride to drop off the rental. It too was denied. I had to Uber myself back. While 3 employees just sat there...and still sitting when I returned. Insulting more; the manager tried telling me "I payed for your rental" even after I showed him the withdrawals from my checking account. "Well I pad too" -like seriously! Isn't this a concern for you too?! He didn't care though. No support and zero concern for me. And the worst customer service ever. Oddly enough, even the Uber driver said she had a horrible experience with them. Lastly, during the 2 months my car was there, I had left 14 messages checking status. I received 2 return calls. I should have known then.

Cover of 2023 Hyundai Sonata Owners Manual

My brand new 2023 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid has a recurring message on its dashboard that it's overdue for a scheduled service. The MyHyundai app on my iPhone states that my vehicle needs a 5000 mile scheduled service. In the photos below my Owners Manual states that my vehicle needs an oil change every 5000 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first. I called "Levi" at the Oxendale Hyundai Service Department in Flagstaff to schedule a service and I was told that maybe it's 7,500 miles or 9,000 miles when it's supposed to be serviced. I shared all of this information with him but he refused to schedule my complimentary service. Contacted Hyundai USA to complain but they said all dealers are independent and do their own thing.

I live in Grand Canyon National Park and was refereed to Flagstaff Auto Outlet by a co-worker after…read moreshe had purchased a vehicle from them. At the time I was talking with Drive Time, Auto Express and all the other Arizona dealerships that work with "bad credit" and was approaching sheer frustration. If you're in this boat you know what I'm talking about, you read "$500 and a job drives you off the lot". Only to find that there are only 2 or 3 vehicles that meet that criteria and then you're stuck making payments every 2 weeks at their high interest rates. When I finally called Craig and told him I only had $800 to put down, I figured I'd get the same run around. NOT THE CASE.... He ran my credit over the phone and told me the interest would be high but if I came in with the $800 that he'd have me driving home today. So I did and it was a decision I've never regretted and the basis why a year later I purchased another vehicle from them after I hit an Elk and totaled the first car. To this date 5 of my co-workers here in The National Park have purchased vehicles from Craig, Jesus and The Auto Outlet Sales team and we all have the same view of the experience. That Craig will go out of his way to make sure he's given you an honest deal. That being said, you can expect to pay high Kelley Blue for your vehicle but here's why. They send the vehicles to 2 or 3 different shops and do an 180 point vehicle inspection before they sell it and in most cases offer a 3000 mile / 90 day Warranty on major mechanical. Basically, you're covered for your first oil change. Granted, it's not a golden parachute but it's a comforting peace of mind to have and on top of that Craig will often times offer to use their shop mechanic and get your car fixed for much cheaper than any shop will do after the warranty expires just because he values your business. Sure you might find a private seller who's selling the same car for $1200 less but does he offer that? Can he get you financed? Will he stand behind his sale when something minor breaks during the first week of ownership? I'm here to tell you that I ran into problems during the first month on both of my vehicles. Minor problems, like the throttle body cable on the cruise control broke, a CV- Axle, a vibration caused by the heat shield on the muffler, a transmission flush and Craig even got me a new muffler after I decided the after market muffler on the first car was annoying. All relatively simple breaks that didn't effect me driving the vehicle but take that to a shop and you're at almost $2000.00, cost I paid $000.00........ The financing options were what most impressed me. For the first vehicle I came in with $800 and the second $600. In both cases they offered me an extended down payment option, they basically gave me a month to come up with about $1500 before the loan even started. The loan papers were signed but that was a month were I would have been walking if they wouldn't have went out on a limb for me. Now would he do that for everyone, not sure but I think that based upon my income as a server and bartender and the fact that I've been in my job for 3 years, it was a safe call for him. For the first loan my credit was about 510 and they went with Honor Finance out of Las Vegas and my APR was 24%.... It wasn't ideal but I was comfortable making the payments so whatever. When I purchased the second vehicle Jesus told me over the phone that my credit had improved to 590 and that their working with this new creditor and he could get me approved with them and that I'm going to love the rate. Hearing that, I picked out a vehicle from the website and took the shuttle down from the Canyon. In my mind i was thinking 18% maybe 12% if I'm lucky. When I got to the dealership I seen a sharp looking 2010 Honda Civic and when I walked in the door Jesus asked what I wanted to drive. I mentioned that I liked the Civic but that it was probably out of my price range. He replied "no it's not". So I said, If you can get me in that for less that $350 a month I'll buy it - Barring anything bad on the test drive and he said "shouldn't be an issue". When I finished the test drive he had the paperwork ready and showed me what he had worked out with the bank, 4.5% APR. I'm a grown man and I almost cried when I saw it. I said, "are you sure you ran the right persons credit", he said positive.... All and all, I couldn't be happier. I had to take the car in twice within the first month for some minor repairs and both times I dreaded doing it but once I was there, the guys were great. No pressure or guilt, they just fixed the car and didn't charge me anything... In the end, I've just taken a few minutes out of day to tell you that I would do business with them again in a heartbeat and would urge you to consider Flagstaff Auto Outlet in your next automotive purchase.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I bought a used car from them last year and it has been…read morenothing but a lemon. Do not recommend them!
