    You can see the before and after nothing was detailed it sat their for over 5 hours and came back like they did a quick wipe down!

    Bad costumer service I had to get a new ignition cylinder installed and programmed and somewhere in that process one of the workers cut his hand in my vehicle leaving bodily fluids my husband had taken the car back to complain about the situation they argued about fixing the disgusting problem when he had talked with one supervisor the prior day he apologized saying they will do a free detail clean on the vehicle and offer free oil change which wasn't included during the time it was being "cleaned" not only was I missing my rosary and an autographed bandana from a famous singer!! Not sure if it's because it's not a vehicle we had purchased through them but I'm highly disappointed with the hole situation... remove any valuable items before taking it to this place!!

    **Review for Zack and Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff**…read more I purchased a Tundra and have been consistently using Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff for all my service appointments because I prefer to have all work done at the dealer because there is more consistency and accountability. I must say, my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Just yesterday, I needed to get some work done on my truck, and they were incredibly accommodating in fitting me into their schedule. They understood my time constraints while I was in Flagstaff and managed to complete the job within the promised timeframe, which I truly appreciated. The staff at Findlay Toyota is one of their standout features. Every interaction I've had has been marked by their friendliness and willingness to help. They go above and beyond to ensure that customers feel valued and well taken care of, which makes a significant difference in the overall experience. However, there is one area that could use some improvement: the workstations. It would be incredibly beneficial if they could provide "working power outlets" at the workstations so that customers like me can plug in and power our laptops while waiting. This small addition would enhance the convenience factor and allow for a more productive wait time. Overall, I highly recommend Zack and Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff for their exceptional service and friendly staff. I look forward to continuing my relationship with them for all my vehicle needs!

I was very kind in the beginning but I felt like they had room to pay around. No one tried to help at all, just get in, get out. They work based on commission and aren't willing to work with you they just want their money. I pay for insurance every month, only for them not to use it? Hallie Hepler claimed to have called 3 times and said my insurance denied me. The owner of the vehicle called 3 times, and Cody at Endurance said, "Yeah, just have them call me." On our end, they were willing to pay for it. Hallie Hepler said, "Maybe they won't accept it because you broke it." I was getting into a vehicle, and it fell out of my hand. I didn't smash it with a hammer nor purposely throw it on the floor. This was told to Cody and he says " It doesn't matter, we still cover it" I was given no options when i got to the dealer, just pay and get out!! Now I have to do more work on my end, just because they didn't want to go through insurance. Thanks for making my life more difficult!!!!! The worst customer service ever, you guys suck!!!!!!!!!!! Please at least freaking try to help people!! Maybe you shouldn't work in customer service, its the people like you who ruin the good.

    BUYER BEWARE I…read morepurchased a vehicle from Troy & Bryce at Flagstaff Autoexchange. I am saddened to say that exactly one day later (on a road trip) my car stopped accelerating in the middle of the hwy going 65-70 mph. This contintued frequently several times and my engine even shut off. It was in the shop twice for a week each time for several different reasons. After taking my car to Findlay Toyota, I have recieced a long list of cautionary problems to be worried about. At this point I have not only bought a car with payments, I have bought a dysfunctional problematic vehicle that will always have issues. While this car shopping could have been a wonderful experience, sadly is has become my worst nightmare. Troy & Bryce have been unprofessional since they were questioned about such issues. Basically they were glad to have passed the problem onto their customer with no ownership on their part to help. These issues put my lIfe and others in danger, with not even an apology for the high anxiety it had caused. After filing a complaint with the BBB, they retaliated against me for that reason & would not return phone calls or make contact with me. I was basically yelled (& spit) at by Troy simply just bringing this to his attention and thus this created a very hostile environment for me and my family. I have heard from several people at auto shops & Findlay Toyota that they constantly are fixing cars from them. BUYER PLEASE BEWARE. Do your research.
