I must say, my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Just yesterday, I needed to get some work done on my truck, and they were incredibly accommodating in fitting me into their schedule. They understood my time constraints while I was in Flagstaff and managed to complete the job within the promised timeframe, which I truly appreciated. The staff at Findlay Toyota is one of their standout features. Every interaction I've had has been marked by their friendliness and willingness to help. They go above and beyond to ensure that customers feel valued and well taken care of, which makes a significant difference in the overall experience. However, there is one area that could use some improvement: the workstations. It would be incredibly beneficial if they could provide "working power outlets" at the workstations so that customers like me can plug in and power our laptops while waiting. This small addition would enhance the convenience factor and allow for a more productive wait time. HALLIE HEPLER / TYLER HUGHES This was the worst and most rushed service I've ever received with any dealership. I was very kind in the beginning but I felt like they had room to pay around. No one tried to help at all, just get in, get out. They work based on commission and aren't willing to work with you they just want their money. I pay for insurance every month, only for them not to use it? Hallie Hepler claimed to have called 3 times and said my insurance denied me. The owner of the vehicle called 3 times, and Cody at Endurance said, "Yeah, just have them call me." On our end, they were willing to pay for it. Hallie Hepler said, "Maybe they won't accept it because you broke it." I was getting into a vehicle, and it fell out of my hand. I didn't smash it with a hammer nor purposely throw it on the floor. This was told to Cody and he says " It doesn't matter, we still cover it" I was given no options when i got to the dealer, just pay and get out!! Now I have to do more work on my end, just because they didn't want to go through insurance. Thanks for making my life more difficult!!!!! The worst customer service ever, you guys suck!!!!!!!!!!! We are traveling and suddenly 2 lights came on our Toyota Landcruiser. We stopped in on a Saturday morning and spoke to the manager of the service department. He asked a few questions & told them told us to always remove the key from the ignition when filling with gas especially in higher altitudes. I would give 100 stars if I could. My 2021 RAV4 Toyota Hybrid was in for 2 weeks with the dealership for an air bag recall. I was inconvenienced without my car but Jay set me up with a dandy RAV as a loaner. Casey explained that my car was unsafe to drive and that the parts department had to wait until the specific piece was sent. I had such a fine experience with Jay and Casey. Jay called me within minutes after I left to tell me that an odd coloration on the lease car was not a problem and that my deposit would be returned. and, my car was sparkling clean when I moved back into it. Came to town from San Diego for vacation and had to get my regular maintenance done while I was here. Was able to get an appointment and everything seemed to be going well until my service manager, James, told me that his mechanic misjudged the proximity of his equipment to my car and left several deep scratches and dents in the front right fender and bumper. They knew that there was nothing I could do about it being as I'm from out of town and they even said they couldn't get it fixed in the time that I have left in town. I find it impossible to believe that a trained mechanic can so poorly misjudged the distance of their equipment from a vehicle. They've had to have this procedure so many times that they can do it in their sleep. Now I have a very nice car that has just had its value greatly reduced thanks to the complete ineptitude of the service staff at Findlay Toyota. Want to make this right? You can fix my car on your dime on Friday, July 7th before I leave town. Otherwise I will go directly through Toyota's corporate channels to get it fixed and leave this as a reminder that one should never trust the care of their vehicle to this establishment. read more

I have lived in Flagstaff for over 18 years. Please do not go to this dealership. For appearance sake they go out of their way to make it seem like the owner (who also owns the Honda dealership) is such a great guy. He gives to this charity and that charity, etc. You'll see all the awards. It's a front! I worked for this dealership for a very brief time and really got to see for my own eyes how dishonest and evil this place is. They MIGHT give you a good deal when they sale you a car but then the service department will really let you have it. Again, very, very crooked! But they do it in ways like they're your "buddy" and "doing you a favor" even though they're totally ripping you off, especially if you're not paying attention. Additionally, they lack a significant amount of humanity even at the most basic level. I was injured while I was working there and the only thing that upper management cared about was that I just wrote a statement of what happened. I ended up going to urgent care on my own; whiplash, etc. It was my last day of work and while I was driving a vehicle another employee rear ended me. I got a call but it was just to get the keys that I had accidentally took with me before I left. Why am I writing this now? Because I almost got an oil change at the Honda dealership and forgot who it was owned by. I left immediately. They will not get a single penny from me. Avoid at all cost! read more

He asked what I might be looking for in a car and took me for a test drive. He was VERY knowledgeable about every aspect of the car I was looking at. I had received a warning on my 2021 RAV4 Hybrid dashboard that the battery needed replacing. The video on YouTube looked challenging to follow. I put off asking the dealership for help, wondering if that was a possibility. I asked this gentleman his name and should have written it down. Within 4 minutes, I had a new battery in the key fob and learned there is a vehicle door key in the fob should I need it. I was in the market for a quality used car. To make the process easier, I ended up doing all my research online. I found the car I wanted at Findlay. I worked with a salesperson, who ran my offer through the used car mgr, and it was accepted. There were a couple things I wanted corrected before I paid, however and I was personally assured they'd be taken care of the next day. I gave them two days to play it safe. I Drove over two days later, and found nothing had been done. To say I was upset, was an understatement. All it would have taken was a phone call to prevent an unnecessary 3 hour chunk of my day being wasted. That's when I reached out to Brian the manager. To say he's the ideal representative for Toyota is almost an understatement. He got personally involved, and saw to it that the fixes were all taken care of and when promised. Brilliant.
