    This is strictly about the parts department…read more Lazy and ignorant service. I needed keys made for my car. Of course the dealership doesn't have the machine to cut them. I needed codes for my key to be made by a locksmith. Key wasn't working based on codes they gave me. I had to call several times over the course of 2 weeks to get any correct/useful information about my car and its keys. Was frequently misinformed because employees on the line did not look anything up or even try to attempt to understand what my problem was. I gave them very specific information that they should have taken the time to look up and confirm instead of giving me their "off the top of their head" answers. Ended up costing me nearly double the amount of money to get my car key replaced because they repeatedly told me the wrong process for re-syncing the key to my car and then also dismissed my questions about VATS codes. I know that I'm a girl, but I'm not stupid and hate being treated as such. All I wanted was to understand more about my car and its codes. It's rude to treat a customer like a nuisance for calling multiple times when they are just trying to solve a problem and all of your answers so far have been extremely vague and unhelpful. Especially when the dealership can't provide a service that it should be able to (cutting keys). Thank god Travis called me back to correct the misinformation I had been given earlier. It's not often that the dealership has to call YOU. I'm sorry but if someone is calling you with car troubles, please take the time to help them. I have never felt so demeaned over the phone before. They made me feel like everything was my fault, when it's actually their job to explain things to me and I had been working with their lazy, incorrect answers. If you need service from this GMC's parts department, I recommend asking for Travis. He took the time to call me back and give me correct information as well as explained certain processes to me. Phone and car service takes patience and I appreciate this virtue in Travis that seemingly no other employee at the parts department had.

I knew it would send me into limp mode when I got back on the road Sunday morning. Called a few shops and nobody could fit me in and I almost gave up before calling this dealership and Scott in the service department told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do before closing for the weekend. Not only did they step up and get me in because they knew I was leaving before Monday to get back home, they diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had me out of there in one hour Even though they were busy. I can't express how much I appreciate them stepping up and helping me out. Very professional, great attitude and I would recommend them to anybody. Thanks again

Dalton on the other hand provided the exact OPPOSITE of the traditional deceitful games and dishonesty of typical major-city dealerships. He was honest, professional, courteous and a delight to work with. While it might not sound like much, Dalton RETURNS phone calls and texts immediately and that was a big issue for us. (Pro-tip to competitive dealers: The term responsible actually means the ability to respond and Dalton knows this by his actions!) THANK YOU DALTON, FOR BEING SO PROMT. He is on top of his game and he made us feel like his only customer! Dalton not only provided a very competitive price, but our GMC Canyon has more upgrades. When I mentioned our concern about driving nearly the full length of the state, he offered to meet us halfway! He delivered the truck to the designated location and it was detailed, immaculate and with a FULL tank of gas. Then Dalton spent nearly an hour with us reviewing the features & controls and getting OnStar and myGMC app working perfectly. One key observation we made, was these people at Oxendale GMC (located away from the major cities) seem to understand that customers want and expect to be treated with respect and honesty and Dalton in his community of Flagstaff gets this. My wife and I couldn't be happier with Oxendale GMC and Dalton Knapp. We highly recommend him for an amazing car-buying experience. Dalton exceeded all of our expectations.

    **Review for Zack and Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff**…read more I purchased a Tundra and have been consistently using Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff for all my service appointments because I prefer to have all work done at the dealer because there is more consistency and accountability. I must say, my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Just yesterday, I needed to get some work done on my truck, and they were incredibly accommodating in fitting me into their schedule. They understood my time constraints while I was in Flagstaff and managed to complete the job within the promised timeframe, which I truly appreciated. The staff at Findlay Toyota is one of their standout features. Every interaction I've had has been marked by their friendliness and willingness to help. They go above and beyond to ensure that customers feel valued and well taken care of, which makes a significant difference in the overall experience. However, there is one area that could use some improvement: the workstations. It would be incredibly beneficial if they could provide "working power outlets" at the workstations so that customers like me can plug in and power our laptops while waiting. This small addition would enhance the convenience factor and allow for a more productive wait time. I was very kind in the beginning but I felt like they had room to pay around. No one tried to help at all, just get in, get out. They work based on commission and aren't willing to work with you they just want their money. I pay for insurance every month, only for them not to use it? Hallie Hepler claimed to have called 3 times and said my insurance denied me. The owner of the vehicle called 3 times, and Cody at Endurance said, "Yeah, just have them call me." On our end, they were willing to pay for it. Hallie Hepler said, "Maybe they won't accept it because you broke it." I was getting into a vehicle, and it fell out of my hand. I didn't smash it with a hammer nor purposely throw it on the floor. This was told to Cody and he says " It doesn't matter, we still cover it" I was given no options when i got to the dealer, just pay and get out!! Now I have to do more work on my end, just because they didn't want to go through insurance. Thanks for making my life more difficult!!!!! The worst customer service ever, you guys suck!!!!!!!!!!! Please at least freaking try to help people!! Maybe you shouldn't work in customer service, its the people like you who ruin the good.
