I compared the report from my Kia dealership in Washington state. Oxendale kia showed the brake pads had lots of wear remaining but my report from Washington state showed 5/6. it was explained to me by Oxendale Kia that it depends on how it's measured. It was a stellar dealership who helped me immensely when I was stranded on I-17. Unfortunately after they moved the dealership went downhill. I couldn't get through on the phone, when my Mercedes Roadtrek RV was serviced it was dirtier then when I left it with DEF fluid running down the side. After that incident I had to take my Mercedes to Phoenix for service. Fast forward to 2025, I heard the Mercedes dealership in Flagstaff was taken over by new management. I went back and have been extremely impressed with the personnel, like Jess, who goes above and beyond to help and returns calls promptly. I am from a small town where we had a great local car repair who became a friend to everyone he did business with. This dealership has the same management style. And this customer is extremely grateful to not have to drive down to Phoenix for repairs!

Basically everything they touched is worrying me. This is my daily driver I put probably 90 miles a day on this thing. At the end of the day I should have done my research and walked away as soon as I stepped foot into this place.
