Marsha has been very helpful with ensuring photos were scanned timely in order to meet our personal needs with an impending family passing. Each album page scanned was done so well! The videos they downloaded were better then iMemories! They even scanned the front and back of a framed picture! I sent three as a trial and they came back very professionally done and in a timely manner. I then sent the next 34 years worth of home movies all the while crossing my fingers that they got there safely. Fortunately they did and again, the hard drive I received back was done very nicely. So basically: good prices, great service and friendly staff.
