I booked pro steam for my couch with three cushions. My couch is not very soiled and from the get go he quoted me $150 plus $10 per cushion. Never even mentioned the $109 price. This was when they arrived for the job after I had waited the window from 10 am to 1 and it was 12:45pm. In my opinion someone should go over some general pricing when they call to confirm the appointment. They did not do the cleaning of my couch as I felt taken advantage of. Let me be clear the technician was very nice and understanding and apologetic. I then called and spoke to a manager which was when it got worse. The manager from the beginning of the conversation was argumentative and justifying the wording and pricing every which way he could. I told him i was mad that I waited the 10-1 window only to not actually get the couch cleaned because it was going to be an extra $70 over what I had thought. I told the manager I was going to leave a bad review and his response was "go ahead and leave a bad review I'll write right back to it". At this point he was yelling at me and I proceeded in a raised voice to point out that his customer service was not good. At this point he started justifying his reactions. I hung up as clearly I was not going to get anywhere with him. Never did he apologize or try to make anything right about the situation. Don't use them. It clearly is not what it seems on their website and gosh I would hate to have to deal with them if they happen to ruin any of the items they clean. No doubt they would not take responsibility for it.

We asked Doug to use a fragrance free product and he gave us the advice that the fragrance free product might not pick up the trapped oils as well, but he did what we asked. Then he called. He felt the carpet really didn't look as good as it could, even though it started out very dirty. So he started twice as long, went through and cleaned it again with a regular cleaner that had a degreaser in it. He left the air movers over the weekend and there wasn't any odor when we opened for business. I know this carpet probably needs to be replaced, but if I can hold off doing that for another year with Doug's help that'll be great for us! Thanks for your fastidious work!

He was incredibly kind and professional, explaining their whole process and reminding me that I would pay only when finished and completely satisfied. The carpet cleaning was done very quickly and the carpets look beautiful and dried very quickly. A week later they came to do my air ducts in a three story older home. No miss, or fuss. Great professional. The equipment was clean and they were very careful of my hardwood floors and painted ducts. At the end they showed me before and after pictures, recommended a couple of vents be replaced and other hints to help keep things clean. The tech was very nice and professional. A follow-up call was placed to ensure I was happy and later a thank you card. So nice to deal with people and not "bots".
