When they finally arrived, their equipment looked old and barely functional. They managed to leave my carpets wetter than they were before, and now my entire house smells like mildew! To make matters worse, they accidentally scratched my hardwood floors moving their equipment and denied responsibility. When I tried to contact the company to complain, I was either hung up on or sent to voicemail with no response. The 'manager' I finally spoke to was rude and unhelpful, basically blaming me for the issues. I'm now out hundreds of dollars, my carpets are ruined, and I have to pay someone else to fix the damage.
