Oxifresh did a great job on our couch and area rugs. They were prompt and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Floor & Decor - Gorgeous! But I have nowhere to put it.

First time here. Went to Lumber Liquidators, but alas the inventory numbers were off, and I…read morecouldn't get what I wanted. So I looked online, and Floor & Decor had exactly what I wanted, on clearance! Woohoo! This is a GIGANTIC store. It seems to have literally EVERYTHING flooring that your heart could desire. I was enchanted by some of the tile. But I don't NEED any tile, so sadly passed it up. They have tile that looks like wood! And marble! I needed waterproof vinyl plank flooring to go over concrete, as apparently peel-and-stick requires a plywood base and is therefore more effort. The waterproof stuff is just click-and-lock, and can be cut with an X-acto knife. You can use 6-mil poly as a vapor barrier. This is for a small outbuilding, so 7 boxes should be sufficient. A very nice young man loaded the boxes onto a cart, and then put them into my car for me! Their prices seem very fair, although I just zeroed in on what I needed and didn't have time to fully explore the store. The tile selection seems vast. Best part: they're well-stocked, at least with what I bought. I'm fully confident that if I need another box, they'll have it in stock.

Another staff member brought out my orders, loaded them into my car for me. They even checked with me to see if my car could handle the weight of both orders at once! Will definitely be visiting again with tile needs!!

So on my lunch hour I decided to go grab a few things for my latest home project. I needed to get…read moreall the things needed to actually put up the tile I have perviously purchased here. Not a lot of time in my lunch hour so I was very happy to get in an out quickly. I needed to make a major decision, choose a grout color. To those who have never had to make this decision, it can either make or break your project. Go with the wrong color and it looks like you had Stevie Wonder doing it for you. I was more then glad to let someone help me make the decision about this so I was quickly shown all the colors, helped with the decisions of what colors would "go" and quickly eliminated those that I did not like. Once the decision was made, I basically had to stand there and swipe the card. The gent who was assisting me ran to the back and came out with a box of all the things I needed: The right Color Caulk, Spacers, Colored Grout, the stuff to mix with it so I didn't have to seal it ever, which if you have ever sealed grout you know what a pain that is. Once I swipped my card he grabbed the box and started walking outside with out even being asked and grabbed the bucket of pre mixed mastic on the way out the door. Again, pre mixed is the way to GO! I have purchased from several of the stores in the chain and was very happy to be able to get in, get out and get going.

We are in the process of expanding our master bath tile into our closet. So we took a piece of tile…read moreto the store to match. We liked the color in the store but they only had 15sq ft, so they had to get more from the warehouse. When we picked it up and took it home not only was the match terrible, but it wasn't even the same size as our tile. Unfortunately when trying to return it we were told it was special order no returns. When I explained that I was told this was coming from their warehouse, the salesperson said "it's from their warehouse not ours". Needless to say I now have 85sqft of the wrong tile. Their practices are deceptive and their customer service is an attitude of we just don't care. Spend your money somewhere else!

Let me share with you my experience,…read more Walter their salesman came out to give me a bid Once he found out that Home Depot had done the estimate already, he just used the amount of boxes which was about 80 for the estimate. He did no measuring or anything else. He was gone in about 10 minutes. (I needed only labor as I was purchasing the material from Home Depot.) Once we agreed on Price to have all the existing solid wood baseboard, removed the new floor put down and the baseboard put back. I agreed to the job. Pricing; I agreed on 50% down and 50% when the job was completed to maintain some control of the final product I'm very glad I did this. Their policy is to get 100% upfront, which I never recommend anyone for any service, ever do. The very next day after agreeing on terms with Walter, I got a call asking for 100% of the money I told this lady that's not what we agreed to and she said well that's what we normally do and I said you better call Walter. I'm gonna cancel the job. She did came back excepted 50% Overall, the subcontractors that came out from a company called Sun sunshine floors did a pretty good job putting in the material But it's the follow up , putting doors back on , getting trim put back on that was a real headache and took me almost 30 days to get done and also a threat of a complaint to get what I considered to be a very reasonable discount about $370 off my bill In the end, I fixed the existing problems myself because it was too much of a headache after they finally agreed to give me the discount Finally, a reminder again if you use this company, do not pay 100% upfront you'll have no control over the job over anything that needs to get fixed and you'll be working on their timetable, while they have all your money ------- Part 2 It's smart that Kelly took down her first knee jerk response to my above comment since is was inaccurate and not well researched. "Telling me I agreed not to leave public comment in agreement for the discount" -that was true if you accepted my generous offer.... the first go round. I'm going to guess that she finally got around to actually reading.... the 2nd email with my threat to file a complaint with yelp. Poof.....gone and replaced with boiler plate sorry we messed up and we should have done better. " Kelly, I wish you would have taken seriously my first initial complaint to your company and really taken the time to call me and find out what happened, Sincerely apologize, accept my generous offer and maybe even go a bit farther to make me happy and satisfied, If you had done so, we wouldn't be having this stupid engagement in the first place. Even after all that, I do hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.

As one of the other reviewers said, these guys use subcontractors of varying quality. They had to…read morerefinish the floor 3 times because the owner insisted on sending the same crew back each time (which makes sense if using a fixed-price sub - keeps their profit intact). I communicated my concerns professionally (and almost apologetically) with the owner as we went, but I'm not sure that any of them were addressed directly with the crew - rather they were just given basic instructions at the start of each day to fix the problems from the last go 'round. I'll give them credit for trying to make it right, and the floor looks a lot better than it did when they started, but it still wasn't 100% at the end and they didn't want to listen to any more complaints. A list of items specific issues that as far as I can tell were never communicated back to the crew: - The first thing the crew leader did was take a dump in my bathroom, without asking, and made this a daily ritual. - They didn't bother to cover anything up before sanding - no sheathing between rooms, no covers over the vents - so dust was everywhere in the house. At least I had the good sense to turn off the HVAC, but still had to change the air filters several times before they finished the job. - They sanded/buffed the carpet, trashing it where the carpet meets the hardwood. - Stain was applied in some places across grain / boards rather than same direction leading to stripes (1st attempt), and inconsistently leading to dark splotches (2nd attempt). - They used my ladder (from the garage) without asking. - They left gobs of topcoat around trim and puddling elsewhere. - They did not take the time to use filler properly after the second attempt - there are dark spots around nails, knots, and where sanding was rough. - Hand sanding was quite rough in several areas leading to dark stain, especially around trim, cabinets, toilet, etc. And they didn't thoroughly clean or screen before coating in several places, leading to dirt and debris in the finish. - Stain spatter was left on the wall from brush work and flinging wet towels. The sinks were a left an absolute mess. - There was no real cleanup to speak of and patches of grass are dead in the front yard where they cleaned stain off their tools and equipment. - The "suicide cord" they were using to connect to 240V was a fire and safety hazard. After attempting to share my last round of concerns (not asking for them to redo it again but rather just trying to share some of the issues for future improvement), Anthony told me to stop looking so closely and asked, "You gonna blast us on the internet?" indicating his level of concern. For a website that touts their high level of professionalism and reputation, the crew did not reflect it. If I wasn't a professional contractor myself, then this might have been a traumatic experience. And if I knew the crew and could have hired them directly, then I would have undoubtedly paid half as much... but then they might not have redone it 3 times (especially because I would have kicked them out after the second attempt). I never asked for a discount, and one was certainly never offered. I'm leaving 2 stars because on Yelp that means it "could've been better" but for the price I paid to go with the "pros" I regret not giving one of the other bidders a chance.
