The business owner said the landlord was lying, that he had video from the cleaner showing the place was cleaned. the landlord asked to see the video and the owner refused. The owner then cussed my landlord out calling him a FU*&%$ liar and said he is more than welcome to just sue him because he was done with this. He then hung up in his face. So everything they said about sending someone else out to clean, them trying to make this right, them acknowledging that the cleaner stole supplies from the property and caused more damage is just ignored. Definitely do not use these people. Save yourself the headache, time and money and use someone else who is honest and has integrity. Original Review: I just finished moving out of my old place and wanted some help for my move out cleaning. I texted the number on their website and had someone respond quickly. They were very friendly, gave me info about their company, what all would be done and the price. The price was fair and I booked. They even worked with me moving my cleaning date due to the landlord doing some last minute repairs to the property. This is where the positives end. The day of my cleaning the assigned maid arrived. She did not wear a mask and I had to do my best to keep social distance from her. I walked her through the property and she called her manager to get the pricing for the home. I was expecting a two person team but they sent one person. She said because the house had a small patio room that it would be extra and I agreed. I paid the full amount via venmo and left. The next day my landlord called me and asked if the house had been cleaned? He said if it had I need to request my money back. The tub and sink were terrible. The oven was barely touched. The maid used all of the landlords paper towels he had there for a project, took cleaning supplies and also threw away the bathroom vent cover. That is a piece of the unit and should be cleaned and put back up, not thrown away. I contacted the company and provided photos. They apologized and said they would get with the landlord to get this fixed ASAP. They would send someone else out to get the property cleaned. I am in jeopardy of not getting my deposit back due to them. The landlord spoke to someone named George about this and he said he needed to escalate the issue. It has been a week and no one has reached out to the landlord to make this right. The company also gave the maid my cell phone number and she personally texted me telling me how she did not agree with what I said, why she did not wear a mask, and why she decided to use the paper towels at the home. She brought her own supplies and used supplies at the home without permission. This has made my life so much more complicated. I hired them to make my move out easy but it has now severely complicated it and now it has been dragged out. The company needs to honor their word and make this right ASAP. Get someone out to the property ASAP to clean properly, replace the items and supplies taken by the maid and communicate like they agreed to. Save yourself some time, heart ache and stress and go with another company. This is not worth it at all especially how they allowed all of this to transpire and how they have handled this whole situation.

We have a furnished home that we just moved into and that was deep cleaned a month ago prior to our move in. I have been looking for quotes for weekly service. We booked with Ready Set Maids for three hours of cleaning with one cleaner. We paid $150 for the initial cleaning with the subsequent cleanings to be $105. So quick math- $50 an hour for unskilled labor. High- but I prefer to pay for for a service that is licensed, bonded and insured. We don't need the whole house cleaned, so we requested all common areas and 3 1/2 baths to be cleaned- no bedrooms, offices, or closets. So perhaps 2100 square feet all told. Maybe even less than that. I left a note for the cleaner prioritizing the order in which to clean. Because the house was already tidy, with no clutter anywhere, and not in need of any deep cleaning or special attention, I told my husband (who was going to be home during the cleaning) that if they finished the items I listed early, to request that they do the master bedroom if there was time. Given the good condition of the home, I fully expected there to be time left over...... A quick note here. Before we moved into this home, we used Lolly Maids for our last home. Lolly Maids used two cleaners and were in and out in an hour and a half and the house was always left sparkling clean. Our previous home was much larger, spread over three levels, and we had those cleaners do the 4 bedrooms as well. So booking 1 cleaner for three hours of cleaning with Ready Set Maids for a smaller space was ENTIRELY reasonable. Long story short, the cleaner they sent over only cleaned the 3.5 bathrooms and the kitchen during that time. LUDICROUS. She didn't even clean the floors. Then they had the audacity to call me and ask if I wanted to purchase extra time? Are you crazy? The woman I spoke to was nice, but her explanation was that the cleaner was trying to remove "hard water stains" from the shower. WHY? Why would any reasonable person decide to spend ALL of their cleaning time on 1 irrelevant thing? I truly cannot believe that I paid $150 for that. Of course I cancelled all future bookings, but I can't get over the bad taste in my mouth that I paid for a service that I didn't receive. $50 an hour for that! Ridiculous!

And even after that, we were playing phone tag with each other until *finally* I was able to talk to someone over the phone - that took almost a week. My guess is that they are incredibly small staffed, and with the Groupon deal that went out, they were overwhelmed. Hopefully in the future they'll get their calls routed over to a cell phone - at least during regular business hours - and especially since they claim to handle 24 hour emergencies. He gave me a real reasonable base price and I was able to add a few extra rooms at little charge and was still be well within my budget. I am very impressed and greatful that a place can come to my home at the last minute on a Sunday to steam clean my whole house at a very reasonable rate when everyone else let me down.
