I was SO impressed by both gentlemen that came to install three TVs for us. One was a huge size, very heavy, and they managed to get it up with an excellent Mount for no more than you would pay at Best Buy. I'd say probably even way less. Miklos came by for a quote and was incredibly prompt, took very little time but addressed all of our concerns. He took away all the things we asked for, gave us multiple options for each (including did we want to source our own mounts or have him bring his) The install was so quick - he and his fabulous business partner got it all done promptly. When we decided we wanted our sound bar mounted with our TV he offered us multiple options. We decided on a tray and he went home, sourced the tray and then immediately set a time to come back the very next day. In addition, he brought another piece to hide cords on our other tv and set up our little remote signal thing so that it would blend with the tv. All of this he didn't charge us for any labour for the second day. I've never had this kind of customer service. They are really great at getting back quickly to any questions, incredibly patient and took care to even clean our TVs after they handled them as well as took care of any mess - taking it all with them. I had an electriction patch his wholes in my walls not just leave 2 big holes in the walls an say the painter will take care of it.
