Everyone I spoke with on the phone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When we went to the store to get the wheelchair, I was also looking for ice packs for my knee, and Doreen was very helpful. The place your order, let you know that it's approved through your insurance, provide costs if there are any, then months later, bill you for the full amount? I would NOT recommend them, however, if you do, carefully watch your billing statements as they add to them without reasoning, and insurance companies are even refusing to work with them.
