He always comes through with great buyers, fair deals, and you can tell he actually cares--not just about the sale, but about building real relationships. I'm really grateful for everything he's helped me with. If you're in CDM and into watches at all, Ivan is 100% the guy to go to.

I called the store and spoke with Ivan who told me he was actually going to receive a shipment of the exact watch I was looking for that day and kept me updated with its arrival and pictures of the product. When we were finally able to arrive to the store to purchase the watch, you can tell this guy has a true passion for watches - since it was my husband's first time piece, you can hear the excitement in his voice and see the gleam in his eyes when he was fitting the watch for my husband's wrist and while speaking about his own personal experiences. The communication, follow up, and customer service were excellent from start to finish. We'll definitely be back when my husband is ready for his next piece, and unfortunately for me, it sounds like it might be soon haha. Thank you for everything Ivan!

I came in looking for rare specific time piece that was hard for me to source. I've asked many Jewelers months ago about the time piece I wanted and every single one gave me the same result and answer " we will call you if we find one". It only took Trish one week to source it out. She connected me with someone who she personally knew had it and made the transaction extremely smooth. I ended up paying way more than I expected but it didn't phase me. It's now on my wrist and I didn't have leave empty wristed. Thank you TRISH! You savage beast of a jeweler!

I wasn't involved in the early process except for helping design the ring. However, after the proposal, we met with Trish to have it resized and she was so sweet and helpful. The turnaround time for the resizing was about one week. We dropped the ring to have it resized before Thanksgiving and she was able to finish it just in time! I am so ecstatic to have this gorgeous ring - photos truly do not capture its beauty. My Fiancé and I can't wait to work with Trish again for our wedding bands! Thank you for everything, Trish!

While they were able to fix it the cost I was quoted was $65. That is significantly higher than what I was expecting however when you're in a pinch and you need your glasses you have to do it! I was also quoted a max of one hour needed for the service so I grabbed some lunch. After an hour and a half I still haven't received a text saying that I was ready for pick up so I went in and it was pretty obvious that it hadn't been started yet because after that, it was done in about five minutes. I completely understand if busy that things might take longer, but realistic timeframe should be given, especially when you call it fast fix, and I'm pretty sure it would've been even longer because they only started working after I went in.

I went in to have a bracelet adjusted, and during the process, they ended up damaging my bracelet. I was initially told it would take about one hour, but it turned into a 6 hour ordeal with a lot of waiting and back and forth communication. In the end, I was charged $75 for the adjustment, and the bracelet was left in worse condition than before. The repair was poorly done, and I now have to take it to another jeweler to fix the damage they caused. For the amount of time, money, and frustration involved, this experience was not acceptable. I would strongly recommend being cautious before trusting this location with your jewelry.

I came to get an item consigned…read more First immediate red flag was them asking how much I wanted versus how much they think it could move on the open market. They looked at my piece and said it was worth about $200-$500 for the stone (which was GIA certified with documented origin) plus scrap value for the setting. The process didn't feel transparent. An explanation was given for their valuation, but it didn't align with the certification or current market pricing. I took it to another market participant who valued the stone only (not including setting) for over $6,000 dollars. If you are interested on a consignment or sale option, I would highly recommend getting multiple opinions on pricing before settling on an option especially if you are not familiar with pricing of precious stones. 2 star for good location and decent parking.

Ok let's see...this insulting experience with CDM was so bad, I'm not sure where to start. 1) First…read moreoff, I'm traveling and so I emailed Jules on 7/10 through his online comment form to find out about consigning 2 luxury pendants, from Antonini Milano (limited-run, couture finely crafted pieces from this meticulous Italian jeweler who has been crafting fine Italian jewelry since 1919- many stars love the brand-and my sister and I met him personally in Ohio at the jeweler we frequented) gave him the appraised value and asked if I could send my partner in to show them to him. He agreed. My partner took them in, and out of the gate, Jules insulted the appraiser from Dana Point, indicating he must have made a mistake on his appraisal because these items could not be worth that much. Mind you they were gifts to me from my sister purchased at a very high end jeweler in Ohio several years ago. Jules offered $1000 for the smaller piece and $2000 for the larger pendant and recorded it in his book. After this initial visit, is when the bottom fell out of the communication process. Jules told my partner that he was going to email me that day, which he didn't. Out of at least 6 additional emails I sent between 7/10 and 8/14, I received no additional response from this jeweler to any of the questions I had, and he lied to me telling me he didn't get any of them. The only response I did get, was on the next visit to Jules by my partner to sell the smaller pendant, to which Jules reneged on the initial pricing offer he had made, even though it was written down in his book, again insulting the appraiser and pretty much treating my partner in way that raised many eyebrows and questions as to whether or not he was being discriminated against due to being an older African American man. Jules treated both of us like we didn't know what we were talking about each time and was quite insulting. He asked me to email my DL to him to complete the transaction, and I replied, this is the same email address I've been sending emails to, but I bet you'll get this one. Of course he did. He also would not honor the $2000 price he quoted originally on the larger piece, instead quoting $1621. So I held off-- and he repeatedly said we didn't know what we were talking about regarding either piece. Now a day ago, on 8/20, because Jules had quoted such a good price on the larger pendant, we tried once again, despite the initial humiliation, to see if he would be a man of his word and give us the $1621 he had quoted the 2nd time on the larger piece. He again insulted my partner, this time offering only $960. He also insulted the appraiser from Dana Point again, and this time the actual jeweler himself - (jeweler to the stars who has been in business since 1919) saying that the certification I got for the pendant, directly from Antonini Milano, was wrong and said they must not have sold me that exact piece, and that even Antonini didn't get the carat count on the diamonds correct.) Again, knowing where the item was purchased, having met Antonini himself, and now knowing first hand from my partner how Jules insulted everyone involved as well as this beautiful piece of jewelry that I had such a fondness for, was too much for me not to come write this lengthy review. If you are caucasian or wealthy, your experience may be different, but we were treated in humiliating fashion each time. The only reason my partner returned was upon agreement with me to see if Jules would honor the pricing he'd quoted and documented. Jules is not a man of his word, his integrity is questionable and he may also not enjoy working with you if you are not of a certain color persuasion. This was our experience. Never again.
