Service: Got seated right away but then sat there for 20 before anyone came back. Right now not seeming great. 30 minutes no water or waitress. Leaving Food: ? Ambiance: Looks like a hole in the wall place which is typically my favorite buuutttt. It is off season I'll try again some other time!

Almost didn't check this place out bc it had less stars then the other restaurants around it and it was empty however the fact that it was empty made me want to go in since I knew it be chill, lol I was so glad we checked it out! Great selection of beers, only only in cans but on tap! The calamari looked different then what I had tried before, but was very fresh and delicious, I liked that it was more breaded then fried. We had the Spinach w mahi salad which was as crisp and delicious and the pesto, ricotta, shrimp flat bread which was so good!!!! Our server was so nice, and attentive! Would definitely be back.

got here just after they opened, had the patio to myself service was attentive, but not intrusive, once again the barbecued oysters were amazing as were the grouper tacos.

    Bar, great to watch sports.

It's our first time here in a month since our two hurricanes hit our area at St Pete beach. We were delighted to see the Oyster shucker restaurant made it and is open. My husband ordered a blackened chicken breast burger with homemade potato salad and I ordered the Cuban sandwich with fries. I'm not usually fond of potato salad, but HELLO! Mama in the kitchen killed it with her homemade potato salad. My husband's chicken salad was so juicy and delicious, wow. Margarita, meh. My Cuban was delicious and hand cut fries were nice and crispy. The staff is very friendly. PLEASE come support them.

Great food. Nice views. Friendly staff. Had a great birthday dinner here. No clue why it wasn't as busy as the place next door.

Oysters were opened but not correctly unattached from shell. Very difficult to eat. Wouldn't say it's much of an atmosphere

    Are they dog friendly?

I've seen dogs there but only on the deck.

Does anyone know if it is still owned by the lady that owns Woody's?

We came here one night for drinks and after seeing the menu knew we had to come back for a meal. The food looked so amazing and it was very hard to choose which option to go with. For the app we had the crab Rangoon dip and the Midwesterner in me was missing my cheese so we also had the Wisconsin cheese curds. The cheese curds were pretty classic and the Parmesan cheese on top added a nice twist. The crab dip... I'm drooling just thinking about it. If you like crab you need to get that app. For the meal, I had the Surf and Turf with coconut shrimp. Sweet Mary was I glad I did. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection and the coconut shrimp with spicy Thai sauce was so good. The shrimp had the perfect crunch while the shrimp themselves were tender. They also have a wide variety of drinks and beers which was nice to try some new things. I do also want to do a shout out to Robert who was our waiter. He was phenomenal! Orders perfectly taken, he was polite yet had some fun and laughs with us, and was very patient when a couple people in our group were "picky" eaters. While he had several tables he was serving he was always right there if he noticed our waters or drinks being close to empty. Food will make people talk, but food and service will bring people back. The food was top notch and the service was some of the best in town. I'll admit, we were hungry and I forgot pictures of the actual food... the desserts (S'Mores Brownie Sundae and the Key Like Pie) were also amazing.

There was a section with some toys to entertain kids which was a nice touch! Service was good and it wasn't super busy when we got there as it was after the lunch rush. Our table ordered a lot of different dishes. We got the bang bang shrimp, which was delicious and probably the highlight of the meal. I got a lobster roll with fries for my entree and it was okay. There was a ton of lettuce on it, which I was not a fan of and the bun split very easily. I ended up just eating the lobster straight off the plate. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion. I'd go with something else. My girlfriend got the Lobster Alfredo and it was not good. The pasta was super doughy and overcooked. The Alfredo sauce itself didn't have a lot flavor either. The whole thing was just not good and once again not worth the price. Our niece got butter noodles and they were the same way. Overcooked and tasted like they'd been sitting in water or something. She didn't eat it. I would skip the pasta entrees. The other item we were disappointed with was the Crab Rangoon dip. It had a fishy tang to it that we weren't a fan of. Someone in our group got the tacos for taco Tuesday and said they were good. Chicken tenders were also yummy. Overall, we had an okay experience. If we came back, we'd go with different items on the menu for sure.

Well-versed on the menu and a very pleasant lady. It's certainly not a fancy place and it looks like it's been around for a while, but it's the kind of place where you might like to hang out at the bar. Everyone there seems to be friendly and you get that comfortable feeling. We had a variety of food items, some better than others but nothing below average. Really good salads, as you can see by the pictures, a nice job on the chicken wings, a BLT that was pretty tasty; the butternut squash soup was OK, pretty thick and not hot at all. One was returned to the kitchen to be heated up. There was a chicken dip that really didn't hit the spot, and the tortilla chips that came with it seem to be past their prime. As for the fried mushrooms. I found them pretty much ordinary. A nice surprise were the brussels sprouts with balsamic and goat cheese. Really really good. Overall, I would give the food about a 3 1/2 stars at the service five stars so what averages out around four stars. Like I said it looks like a nice place to hang around and have a couple of beverages and a little something to eat.
