Two years ago, I started seeing Nicole and Donna for laser and facial treatments and the results are transformational. Both Nicole and Donna are very proficient and knowledgeable. I never have to worry about being rushed, or questionable results. Electrolysis is a long process, but Nicole will always find a way to speed it up just a little by taking an extra zap to make sure that stubborn hair does not grow back and with Donna, trying to remove a skin blemish or wrinkle. His communication was clear and direct as to Do's and Don'ts of after care.. I followed to the T... no pain during surgery, but once numbing agent wore off, the pain was intense.. I did not want to take oxy, but I simply had no choice. I took Oxy the first night and the next morning, after that, I did not rely on any pain meds.. I had surgery on a Thurs. and was walking at the park for a mile on Friday.. Sat. no pain meds and drove out to a horse rescue farm out East (I live in Westbury)... A 3 ON THE PAIN METER... I'm four days from surgery and I'm back to work with my clients... no bending, or lifting anything with weight.. scaled back my work schedule to accommodate healing, but I FEEL SUPER FANTASTIC!!!! highly recommend this procedure under local.. Dr. Warm and I met three times prior to the surgery as to make sure we were on the same page. I find him to have superior listening skills and excellent memory which IMHO is super important. I am four days in from this surgery and seem to be healing nicely.. He and I went back and forth re: to do lipo in conjunction with the lift or not to do it... I left it up to him and he felt I could get away without doing lipo, but as I'm healing, I think I should have done a bit of lipo under the chin.. I will speak with him about this at the end of this week when we meet up again for a follow up.. I have no complaints thus far... Staff is fabulous and friendly; Nancy, Dawn and David are the bees knees and the vibe in the office is ultra "chill."
