I completed all of my laser hair removal treatments and after finishing every single session as recommended, I've only seen about 20 to 25 percent reduction in hair growth which is completely unacceptable for the cost and promises made. What's worse than the poor results is the unprofessional and disrespectful way the management handled my concerns. I reached out several times to the regional director for the Long Island locations, Ashley, and not only did I receive no meaningful response, but the tone and dismissiveness I did encounter were completely inappropriate for a company of this size. There was no effort to resolve my concerns, no offer to review my case, and no customer care whatsoever. LaserAway sells a premium service at a premium price, but their results and customer service are anything but premium. Once they have your money, you're on your own. I strongly urge anyone considering them to stay far away. There are far better providers who stand behind their results and treat customers with respect. Avoid LaserAway. Don't waste your money or your time.

She showed me this place and I decided a gift that will help feel better about herself would be great. Friendly as you can imagine, during our 10 min consultation we let her know about her health , surgery & immunosuppressants she take daily for rest of her life. Adrienne was adamant that the surgery or meds would not be a problem and that everything would be great and results would be effective. She also stated that this thermage radio frequency therapy would last 5-7 years and possibly more. My wife was happy to hear this and we moved forward. My wife said she would do it only if I did so I agreed. 10 months go by & no results for either one of us. She immediately ga e us 2 more treatments each for free(unbelievable) I thought they really wanted the best for us. Come to find out they do this for everyone to push you out another six or seven months. I called her and she refuse to follow up with a third visit like any medical facility is obligated to do. Near the end of the phone call she finally said we can come in for before & after pics. Yet she was adamant about now sitting and talking to us at all, granted we live two 2 1/2 hours away. But sitting with her was out of the question. Ack to my wife's meds, these meds lower your immune system so the treatment requires your system to handle the collagen build up to repair the breakdown to skin that the radio frequency's job is. She should have been honest & careful but she never called anyone or got up from her chair to discuss with an actual certified doctor , surgeon or dermatologist. This really is against all medical guidelines. My wife is unhappy & I know she feels responsible for financial losses because although they say we got a discount that reality is false. This treatment is less than half of what we paid anywhere. Btw I gave my wife her kidney and it's a damn shame that we have places like this that take full advantage of people that come for help and they could care less. But we live & learn but if you're reading this you won't have to make the same mistake. You are always greeted with a smile and warm conversation. Now to the best part: the hair removal! I have thick, coarse dark hair which means laser was invented for people like me.
