They gave me a confirmation call Feb 10th to conformed, I got a confirmation text Feb 11 & the day of my appointment Feb 12. Feb 12 I arrive 5 mins to my appointment, and shop is completely CLOSED. Nobody there. Lights off .. Doors locked .. Nobody around . I called them TWICE .. no answer . Waited 20 mins before I left, and nobody ever showed up . Never got a cancellation call, as a courtesy or anything . Waisted an hour of my time after a 30 mins drive through rush hour traffic. Pissed off was an understatement/

Haley, the PA, is also great at what she does, is just as easy to talk with, and is equally compassionate and friendly as Dr. Penzi. I briefly met with Dr. Gratch, so I can't say much about him yet. He listened to what I had to say, though we didn't have time to discuss everything thoroughly. He seemed busy, so I look forward to continuing the conversation when we have more time.
