Zero Stars - these guys are terrible. I would not recommend…read morethis shop to even look at your Harley. I took by bike in to get the rear tire replaced. I asked them to look the bike over for any potential future issues, and a complete service. I asked them to repair my speedometer, as it had stopped working. Also asked that they repair my front brake handle because my brake light remained on unless i held the brake in the "off" position. I was quoted $200.00 for the tire. Knowing that the additional work I requested would be based on parts and labor, I anticipated $400-500 would be my total bill. Shop called and said the work was finished, and total bill was $722.00. Since this was a little more than I had anticipated, I asked for an explanation of the cost. I was told that they provided a rear tire, oil change, and spark plugs. The rest of the bill was labor for installing parts and they tightened up the front brake. I paid the amount in full and they brought my bike around. The speedometer worked for about a mile before it went to zero again, and shortly after merging onto the interstate highway, the right hard shell saddle bag fell off and exploded on impact with the highway. At speeds of 60mph, the front tire was bouncing pretty bad, so I returned the bike to the shop. Instead of repairing the brake handle, they had tightened the brake to where it was constantly rubbing. I asked them if they knew why the saddle box fell off, and they said the bolt came out of the quick disconnect bracket, and they would not be responsible for the damages. However this particular saddle box was secured with one quick disconnect pin and a 3/8 stud with a 1" rubber washer and nylock nut on the other. Both the washer and nut was still on the bike, so if it had been installed correctly and securely, the box would not have been able to fall off the bike. They admitted to taking the box off to replace the tire, but apparently it was my fault and my problem that it fell off. They did fix the speedometer and brake though, at an additional cost. (even though they had already been paid in full to make those repairs previously) So long story short, the anticipated $400.00-500.00 in repairs turned into $800, and I have to replace both custom boxes and paint to match my bike. A word of advise if you're going to let D & D work on your bike. Check their work with a fine tooth comb before leaving the parking lot, because they wont take responsibility for their mistakes. As for me, they won't get anymore business or referrals from me.

Get there 4/1 and find out the motorcycle sold on Saturday and then was told I would have needed 500 down to hold it. I was not informed of this on 3/28 which would have been pertinent information I think. Was excited to get to riding again. They'll need to be far more clear before I attempt to buy from them ever again.

OK, so here's what happened...I took my bike in for service at Rainbow Kawasaki, (part of the…read moreRainbow Cycle Complex), and all parties involved totally dropped the ball. When I went to get it 3 months later, the work wasn't done. They lead me to where it was parked outside, crowded in by many other bikes. I was never forewarned it would be out in the elements, (for 3 months!), and it had rust on the exhaust, and sun faded components and bags, from primarily being out in the elements for 3 months. Naturally, I was furious. I had to bite my tongue and leave. I ended up contacting the General Manager at Rainbow Kawasaki via phone, text and email. Bottom line, he basically responded as if I was being untruthful, refused to admit responsibility, put the burden of proof of what happened on me, was smug and disrespectful, and deflected any responsibility by the dealership. Mind you, I intricately take care of all that I own. I was floored. Never in my wildest dreams did I think any business would treat a customer's personal property like this. As a last resort, once the General Manager disappeared from responding to me, I wrote a letter to the owner, Rick Whitten. I never thought anyone would respond, based on this experience. I was wrong. I was contacted by a guy named Mike Traylor. He stepped in and provided unbelievable respect, concern, and customer service. Through dealing with Mr. Traylor, I met the owner, Rick Whitten. Mr. Whitten said he was absolutely floored and emphatically stated that what happened to me in no way represented how he wanted his customers treated. He cleared house!!! I was astonished. Mr. Traylor repaired and replaced all parts, etc., at no cost to me, and made everything right with me. I was stunned, relieved, and highly impressed. Mr. Traylor came to my home, picked up my bike, and delivered it back to me the way it was originally supposed to be repaired. The new dealership General Manager, Mike Traylor, is a total professional. He's courteous, fair and respectful. He and Rick Whitten appreciate and respect their customers. This response to my unbelievable experience is probably pretty rare, but I praise God for the answer to prayer, and I totally endorse these men, and their business, Rainbow Cycle in Rogers, Arkansas, for absolutely any of your motorcycle needs!

Ended up…read morepaying over $11,000 for a $9600 bike after assembly fee, freight charge, Taxes etc.. after they had test rode it in the parking lot, I got it off the trailer at home and went for a test ride... the bike was cutting out. Within the next few days I took it back up to the woods Power-sports (Fayetteville) and they said hot start just popped out. I took it home and never really had a chance to do anything with it for three months after that, the 90 day warranty was out by the time I went back and told them I was still having the same problem, they said the warranty is out on it, I would have to pay even though this problem existed from day one. Well 62 miles and a lot of aggravation later from riding a bike that cut out when the throttle was chopped and from scouring forums to discover what was causing this, I just discovered what the problem was and fixed it myself. Bike assembler and test rider for some reason didn't discover that the idle screw was almost all the way out (Or did it on purpose for an easy fix and charge me for something else), I backed the idle out about 1/12 turns and it came loose, I started the bike & began turning the idle screw in until it started idling faster, then I chopped the throttle to cut off the hot start then increased the idle until it ran at idle smooth, problem solved. They wanted to charge me for looking at it when it was their incompetence to begin with. I liked this place a lot better when it was owned by Tony Steel and will not do business with Woods Powersports ever again. Cooked, done

It took them over a month, they claimed it was covered under warranty (which batteries usually are not however Kawasaki approved it ) , then suddenly charged me $170+. When I picked it up, it was leaking oil. After weeks of runaround, they "fixed" a spark plug seal, but the bike was still leaking the second time I picked it up. They took it back again and eventually told me this basically new bike needed a $6,000-$7,000 engine rebuild. The customer service manager is incompetent , communication was awful, and I caught them in multiple contradictions. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. I would never bring anything here again.

So this is where in 2022 I trading in one of my sport bikes and picked-up this 2006 Softail to go with 1972 sporty I have in my garage. Floyd and KC gave me a good amount more then I was hoping for on my trade-in. Which i. Immediately added to my Harley parts budget. Then Sean in the parts department really took the time and worked with me to find hard-to-find parts to add to my bikes. And Larry the service department manager also always had great advice on fixing or inter changing parts for my bike. Even if I wasn't having them fix it, he had no problem sharing information to help me out. From my experiences here, I have nothing negative to say about this dealership and its amazing employees and management. 5 Stars all around.

I called about 5 hours later to check the status and was told oil change had been completed and waiting to check brakes. A few minutes later I was contacted that my car was ready with no problems found. He explained that there was over 60% of the pads left in the front and 80% on the rear. That would be fantastic news if the brakes didn't grind! They test drove and couldn't duplicate the problem. The problem did continue for me driving home. I appreciate they didn't want to do work that wasn't necessary, but service advisor did not care to listen to what I thought might possibly cause the noise. I explained my car had previously been in an accident and had front suspension parts replaced. I suggested it might possibly be a loose pad or calipers loose or hanging up but he blew it off as a sensor. I didn't get the feeling that my problem was worth looking at beyond checking the pads for thickness and diagnosis fee. I basically was charged 204.00 for an oil change including their 3.5% credit card use included. After using my debit card I noticed the fee so changed and wrote a check for 197.00. Maybe it's me, a little confusing thinking debit card is the same as cash (most places). They did however only refund 197.00 of the 204.00 charged. So we are back to 204.00 for an oil change (to be fair, I got my preferred oil) and to be told my brakes are great. I have had people recommend your shop to me in the past and decided to give your shop a try with my brakes issue, but will never recommend or be back. Enjoy your 7 bucks credit card fee you kept, it will give me enjoyment in telling everyone I can of my experience and waste of time and money using your business. Update: I did reach out to Doug, but after emailing back and forth I am unsure he understands my frustrations of getting my brake problem blown off. It was my understanding I was paying for a true evaluation of what is causing the grinding noise. What I received is a free tire store look at the remaining brake pads. My option is they just don't care to do anything beyond the quick and easy $$, or care to listen to their customers. I never plan to return, trust is gone.

While on the phone i specifically asked for rollers for the back wheels, as the car was unable to be put in neutral and the parking brake could not be release. I was informed this would incur extra equipment fees, and i agreed to this. When the truck arrived, the driver refused to use the tow hook and insisted on strapping to my rear control arms, then instead of rollers, pulled out plastic slides. When i explained why i requested rollers i was met with "i know how to do my job" and "do you want me to leave" threatening to strand me with my car. While loading my vehicle, one side slid off due to the inappropriate winch angle. When i called dispatch to speak to the manager, i was informed I "never asked for rollers" and was then told about the slides and told they would have never sent the truck if i wanted rollers. I never would have agreed to the tow if they would have informed me of the slides. This seems like a blatant attempt to gaslight me, after they already had money they only then told me about the slides. Even after multiple requests to ensure the wheels would not roll, the driver jerked and bounced my car by the rear wheels when attempting to unload my car. They know best, and the customers concerns aren't valid.

The bill was a VERY good and fair price, especially given that they fixed something else that was wrong with the bike in the process of fixing the main issue without charging more. The owner is awesome; not pretentious given that both of us were young and not stereotypical BMW riders, and is just the kind of guy you'd like working on your bike. I know a decent amount about bikes, and just through the phone conversation with them I knew that they were experts. Highly recommend in every way.

So, I drove in this morning on my way to work, and walked in. The place has the look of a run-down doctors office from the 80s. The lady behind the counter walks up and asks what I'm there for. I tell her I'm making a general inquiry about service on my Honda. She stares out the window, frowning, asking if it's for the Element outside, and when I say "yes", she just turns up her nose and says "we don't work on those." So, I said "okay, then" and just left. If you're going to say "HondaPro" on the door, and you don't work on all Hondas, maybe you should change the name. And make sure you answer your phone, return messages, and if you're not going to pay for your website domain or keep it updated, then take it off the door and off the websites. I really wanted HondaPro to be the place, but chat, this ain't it.

Went in with 2 issues, wrote down what I needed them to do. Turn front rotors ($70 as advertised…read moreinside) and replace front U-joint. Rotors were just glazed. I did my first U-joint in the 70s so I feel comfortable recognizing the sounds they make when bad. They installed a brake "kit" for $310 and nobody looked at the U-joint. I asked about it (the noise) and Randy stated: "probably the brakes." 2 weeks later I replaced the original U-joint that had 200k on it. I didn't get what I wanted at H&R, and I believe a difference in price of about $250 from what I expected was worth mentioning before the work was done, as I was in the waiting room. A failed front U-joint can be very dangerous and that's why I went to a professional. "Probably the brakes" doesn't make me feel very safe and it certainly didn't repair a very serious problem. These are all facts.
