The phone girl returned SEVERAL minutes later as I was already in their parking lot and said the groomer can not 'fit her in', they have a 15 minute late policy!!!!!! WHAT?? So calling and requesting the additional 5 minutes was a deal breaker?? How about shorten the service?? Or just a SANITARY CLEAN UP!! That would have made more sense, and I would have been 100% OK with that!! I was even, for the groomers trouble, going to tip DOUBLE what I usually do!! I guess the groomers don't need the money or clients, or just prefer to be on break!! Yes, I WAS LATE, but that is life sometimes! All I can say is, I'm going back to the original groomer I started with, a 15 minute drive vs 5 min from my house, but absolutely WORTH it!!!

We picked him up on Sunday and got charged for 3 nights because "they charge like a hotel." If it past 11 am then they charge again but are only open from 4-7 on Sunday. We also left our dog with 3 bags of food and gave them a feeding schedule. We were given a bag back, showing they do not listen to what you ask of them. When I called and asked for a manager I got blown off the first day and had to call again the next. I explained the situation and the manager told said, "well since your dog isn't sick, what are we supposed to do about it?" No mention of a refund or anything. Feel free to leave your dog here if you want them to be under fed and locked away all weekend.

So I have extensive experiences with multiple vets. While I can't really say I've ever had a "bad" vet, some visits are better than others. This vet, Little Egypt, has been exceptional. Maybe the best I've had yet. That's comparing vets for years from Indiana to Phoenix! The Doc is great but the vet techs are wonderfully knowledgeable and very accommodating. These girls make this place great. If there's anyway possible, these folks will get you in. The facility is spotless inside and out. The pharma prices are competitive as are the fees. They board here too. A huge plus for me. This is now my go to vet when in Marion. And I'm picky.
