I called customer service and learned the order was now delayed and was pushed back a week. Mind you I had a renter coming in for the week on 6/20 I now have no stove and will not be able accommodate my renter. I was told the reason it was moved to a week out was because the microwave was no longer in stock. I was sent an email to notify of the delay Mid morning - no text. No Call no other options Such as splitting the delivery and bringing the range and oven on time. And the only compensation for my loss of revenue was a 10% off discount on my next purchase with Them ! I've canceled my order with Lowe's and I've ordered with Home Depot. We will see how that works out ! I Will not be giving Lowe's home improvement north Myrtle beach or in fact, any Lowe's home improvement store any further business.
