On March 15th I had an encounter with a very rude employee / tow truck driver that was backing up the flatbed to a vehicle crash at and Ardmore intersection off Montgomery Drive. I was stopped at the light and he was yelling at me to Stop I said I am stopped the light is RED why are you yelling. The police officer was right there trying to direct and stop traffic so there was no need for him to yell at anyone. He said some other racial slurs to me that was really uncalled for. I would never used their services. He needs some customer service training on how to deal with the public during car accidents. Or go find a job he enjoys! read more

Their appraisal would reimburse me only half, $1,500. Pat disputed the claim and contacted the insurance company. He was successful in getting them to pay in full. I recently had body work done on two cars at this family owned and operated auto body business  ( I sideswiped my daughter's BRAND NEW car backing out of my garage - was not funny at the time).  Every step in the process was perfect.  Appointments for estimates were fast and performed quickly with a written proposal, they interacted with insurance company, set up a work day quickly, made the date, work completed on both cars ahead of schedule and the job was perfect in both instances.  We communicated exclusively with Jamie who I would call the "Operations  Manager".  Jamie is smart, knowledgeable, easy to work with and knows everything. If you have ever been in an auto body repair shop before you will understand this following statement as an indicator of how this business operates - when you walk into the office/waiting room area you will be stunned by the fact that it is spotless!  These people take pride in their business and the work they do.  You will appreciate that when they take care of your car. read more

These guys truly are amazing. Recently my car popped out of gear after parking. Rolled down my driveway and plowed over several bushes AND through our fence and into my neighbors yard. I called triple AAA and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Seriously??!! Called P&J, they showed up first thing the next day. Used two trucks and amazingly had the car extricated in a half hour with no problem. AND, they were surprisingly inexpensive. I've used them several times in the past ranging from inspections, mechanic work, body work and they are always professional, convenient, efficient and very polite in that "local neighborhood type" way. Please note....they only accept cash or check. No credit cards. That's they only drawback. read more

Quick review - excellent pricing and excellent body work! Great customer service and easy to work with! More detailed review - Years ago I scraped up the back corner of my black Ford Focus ZX3 - the local Ford dealership recommended P and J and they did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Earlier this year I needed body work on my pearlized white Honda Accord on the passenger front wheel panel. The panel was bent and of course it was on one of the angled areas. I first took it for an estimate at Century Auto Body. I was quoted a price that was higher than I was expecting (greater than $2000). He was giving me the worst case scenario due to the fact that the bend involved an angle and it might not be able to be just unbent and might require a whole panel replacement with a special paint job because of the pearlized white color. I took it to Martin Collision and they gave me a much better price ($800) and general idea on what the job would involve (meaning no need to even consider a new panel replacement, etc). I then remembered that I had work done at P and J Auto Body years ago and made an appointment for an estimate. They also stated that the whole panel would not need to be replaced and that the job was straightforward and worst case scenario the job would take a few days to a week at max. Their estimate was $634! I was able to book the job immediately and it only took a couple days! They did a beautiful job!!!! The lower price is not at all reflected in the job that was performed!! In the future, if I need a body shop again I will just go to P and J Auto Body without question! read more
