In other words, my car was not really ready, and I had no battery problems until Bryn Mawr Auto Body so called fixed my car. I feel like not only are they getting paid from AAA but also want to try their best to get paid from a victim of a car accident. The whole crew made the process feel smooth and well organized, which really took a lot of stress off me. I want to give a special shout-out to Ian, the Customer Service Manager. The actual repair took nearly a week less than they had anticipated, which was a nice and unexpected bonus. Additionally, everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly and very understanding about my desire to get back in my car as soon as possible. The car (which was brand new), looked as good as new and int he unlikely event I have any issues with any of the repair work, they stand behind it with a warranty.
