Just left there and guaranteed I will never return. The girl was rude, never acknowledged me. I never even got a hello, she just watched soap Operas on her phone. When it came time for my pedicure it was pure torture! I yelled at one point and she continued on without missing a beat. Best part was when she sprayed my toes with an antiseptic and it stung so much from all the cuts. All this girl did was sigh. I have never had service like this. Don't waste your time or money this place is a mess no matter how many pictures you show them or how many times you ask them to fix they're mistakes they carry on like there is no problem! They reuse pumice stones on each client absolutely disgusting! read more

Called this nail salon for a walk in appointment. Arrived around 1:15 I waited to see someone for 15 min. What I had done: Dip removal and new dip applied (color 72 solid by Chisel nail art ). Yen the nail technician took her time on my nail and she did a good job. Not much of a conversationist though. I paid $30 for the manicure nail dip which is a good price. I had an appointment for 4:20 and they didn't start until 6:00. I asked to leave and come back when they are ready they said 10 mins two times and still waiting for almost 2 hours. When she started my nails she cut me several times my fingers are scarred with cuts and scabs all over my hands. She tried to charge me and extra 5 on my set because i wanted a letter in polish. My nails fell off in one day, they snapped off like press-ons i had to but nail glue to stick them back on. I shower her a picture with a coffin shape and she made them square and they looked absolutely nothing like the picture. She dropped the nail box on the floor and tips were everywhere including my feet. When i asked her to fix my nails she gave an attitude and filed deep into my skin leaving severe cuts. Then was talking to her workers on how i lied about the shape when i shower her a picture. read more

Today I got my nails done at P&K with Sandy, the owner. I got a full set put on, and as usual they look amazing!! Sandy does an awesome job every time. Sandy is very sweet, and very knowledgeable when it comes to nails. She also does awesome nail art. Everyone at P&K are super friendly. The salon itself is cute, and very clean. My nails always come out exactly how I want them, and they stay on. Excellent job, best in the area. read more

Horrible place. I got a dip manicure with an ombré and it chipped the next day. They fixed it for free and redid my nails but my nails were are the same and did not match. I also had to ask the lady to clean my cuticles. She's wasn't going to do it even though I paid for a dip manicure . After they redid my nails it lasted 5 days before it chipped. I have never had a dip manicure chip ever. This place is horrible!!! don't waste your money read more

First time customer. Worst experience at a nail salon. There were so many cars parked in the parking lot in front and along side the building, you think you're going to a great, popular salon. I don't know where all those cars come from, maybe the hair salon next door, but it was very deceiving since there was only 3 nail techs and one other customer. I was never greeted when I came in and was gestured at as to where to sit. Nail techs spoke constantly to each other and talked on their phones while doing my nails and another customer. No eye contact what so ever and definitely no customer service. Honestly don't think they care anything about it. I found the salon to be dirty, messy and every where I placed my hands there was nail "dust." I could actually see it everywhere too. My nails were done so,so, and as I proceeded to put my coat on to leave, the nail tech put earphones in and began talking on her phone. NO "would you like to make another appointment?" Not even a "thank you, come again." I just walked out...never to return. I would never and will never recommend P and K Nails to anyone. read more

If I could put zero stars I would. I came in for Dipped Nails, the woman working on me started doing acrylic instead...said it would "save me ten dollars next time" and said she had the same color for gel that I picked out. It was a different color and I wanted dipped nails because when she painted them they were streaky, the whole reason I don't want them painted! I showed her the shape I wanted, curved. She did them pointed. My fingers were burning the entire time and by the time I could get another nail technician to fix the shape my nails were half the length. Disappointed in the color shape and how I was treated. Save yourself the money but more importantly your time. Stop staring at your phone the whole time and instead listen to what your customer is trying to pay for!! read more

Super nice people and had dip removal and new dip applied. Nails were not cleaned after and left with a ton of dried powder stuck to my fingers. Painful because a few of my fingers were cut from the tools used. Was asked to wash my hands and when I returned to my chair someone else was sitting there, with my purse there and all. No lotion or anything else besides unfinished nails and a few cut up fingers. Not a great experience and wouldn't recommend. read more
