However, the experience I encountered during a recent property viewing was so concerning that I feel obligated to share it for the benefit of prospective clients. My partner and I were searching for our third home and had spent the day attending several open houses. This property was our final stop. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait outside because only one party was permitted inside at a time, which we completely understood and respected. When it was our turn to enter, the agent opened the door and immediately instructed us, in a demanding tone, to come inside quickly. At the time, I assumed this urgency was related to preventing a cat inside the home from escaping and did not think much of it. The situation escalated when I proceeded to sign the visitor registration form. The form provided options for either a phone number or an email address. I entered my email address, as that is my preferred method of contact. The agent then demanded that I provide my phone number instead. I politely explained that I had already provided my email address and preferred not to share my phone number. Without provocation, the agent became visibly agitated and began yelling, stating that this was "not how it works" and that I either had to provide my phone number or leave the property. Despite my calm explanation that the form itself allowed for an email address, he continued raising his voice and threatened to call the police if we did not comply. He then took out his phone and stated that he would go outside and photograph our vehicle license plates. What occurred next was the most troubling part of the encounter. The agent physically placed his hands on me and began pushing me toward the exit. I immediately instructed him to remove his hands and made it clear that physical contact was unacceptable. Despite this, he continued yelling and escalating the situation. At that point, I considered contacting law enforcement due to the unwanted physical contact. However, my partner and I ultimately chose to leave rather than further escalate the incident. This entire situation arose solely because I exercised my preference to provide an email address rather than a phone number on a registration form that expressly allowed for that option. There was no justification for the verbal hostility, threats, or physical contact that followed. As a result of this incident, I am evaluating my legal options regarding the physical altercation. Fortunately, I have a recording documenting the interaction. I encourage prospective clients to exercise caution when dealing with this agent. While this review reflects my personal experience, interactions of this nature inevitably impact perceptions of the agency he represents as well. Professionalism, respect, and personal safety should be expected standards in any client interaction, and regrettably, those standards were not met during this encounter.

We have seen long time companies gone and them in.. then also gone also for one - very shortly. If a complex is demanding it may not be a match. They lean toward the accounting aspect. They are not boots on the ground. They are offsite and can coordinate sending of documents more than anything, at their reliable but measured pace. They serve a key function where an on site manager often will not be able to keep up with paperwork. That being said.. Any complex should also keep an onsite person for calls during or after 5 pm and not defer to TTPM. Polite and courteous most of the time. They were ok on a closing with documents but took far too long to get things going with calls all needing to be returned. No person picks up. My thoughts are to manage this type of work for so many units - would be to have a receptionist that always picks up and transfers call in CASE of an emergency etc.

Richard Dallow spoke to me a number of times on the phone he was relentless in getting me to mortgage the property through "his people" vs a family friend that already had the pre-approval. and trust. he also suggested we use his Lawyer and Inspector. to which i declined. he insisted we should consider other financing options. after deciding not to use his service anymore he said that he would continue to search and help find a new home. i said to him thanks but i'm going to seek another company. he then went on to ask why would i use another company to which i highlighted the fact that he told me to look for other options. They say fences make good neighbors…read more I called ARB fence on a Thursday. They came out gave me an estimate and installed on a Friday. Came in about 8:00 a.m. and finished at about 3:00. I had just the rear section of my backyard done. The man with prompt did good work and cleaned up after themselves. All the work was explained prior and even things that I thought would be good I was given enough information to make a decision whether I wanted to go that direction or not. I decided on PVC fencing. I got the two-tone instead of just the white that everyone gets. Thus far it looks good.
