My aunt is asthmatic and my husky's constant shedding turned my back seat into a cotton ball mess. Even though I usually do my own cleaning, I ran out of time and needed a quick fix. I did a Google search and was super happy that they offer a dog hair vacuum service. I got the premium service at 50$ on top of the princess detailing package. An I'm super amazed with how clean and shiny my car looks now. It's a huge difference. I didn't realize they offered the usual car wash experience through their brushless track and an elevated car port if you wanted to provide your own cleaning at a reasonable price. An express detailed service if you'd rather their trained professionals to run your car through the car wash and provide a solid polish, wipe down and brisk vacuum of the interior. But I opted for the full service. I came at 8:30, enjoyed breakfast across the way at Jack in the Box, and waited another hour. I don't mind the wait, but they did get a bit of foot traffic when I got back. If you do commit to the full detail service, I'd recommend leaving the car with them and doing some errands in the meantime. But overall 10/10 would recommend if you don't mind the higher price point for the valuable services they provide.

I asked if they had just started and the manager gave me a whole speech about how it took them an hour to vacuum my car. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor by not charging me extra?? For how long it took to vacuum, and told me that most people come in more often, and he's not judging how dirty my car is?? I told him I didn't have time to wait any longer. He said ten more minutes, and I watched two guys wipe down the car (one was on his phone the whole time) and when I got in my car I realized the very back wasn't even wiped down efficiently. I will not be coming back here again. There were no cars ahead of me when I got there it shouldn't have taken that long. I didn't appreciate the way he tried to put the blame on me.

We worked with Zeek and he was amazing. He didn't make us feel pressured. He showed us different options. He got us a good deal on her trade in. We finished the financing and paperwork with Robert and he was just as friendly. He took the time to explain everything to my Daughter and make sure she got what she needed. At the end she was very happy with her purchase and I'd probably even come back myself when it's time for me to get a new car. Great experience overall.

For context, I live in Los Angeles, and was committed to making the appropriate accommodations to work through this deal the right way. My brother called to express our serious interest, our already approved financing and ready to negotiate a deal before making the drive over to ensure neither party wasted time. He connected with the Manager, Alvardo, they negotiated a price on 3/18, we were emailed an itemized list of the agreed upon price (car history etc.) and we planned on driving out there today, 3/19. When he called last night, to re-confirm today's trip, he was told by Gabby the car was no longer available. We happened to look at the site today and noticed it was still showing as available but noticed it was listed 1K higher. I called today to confirm if the car was available, spoke to Gabby and was told that it was. So I was confused on what the miss was. My brother called minutes later, also spoke to Gabby to address the inconsistency, and then he was told that the car was no longer available. My issue is how unprofessional this is. It's either available or it's not, respectfully, pick a lane. A car isn't a small purchase and this is just truly unprofessional. So for anyone looking to do business with them, just be aware.
