My brother called to express our serious interest, our already approved financing and ready to negotiate a deal before making the drive over to ensure neither party wasted time. He connected with the Manager, Alvardo, they negotiated a price on 3/18, we were emailed an itemized list of the agreed upon price (car history etc.) and we planned on driving out there today, 3/19. When he called last night, to re-confirm today's trip, he was told by Gabby the car was no longer available. We happened to look at the site today and noticed it was still showing as available but noticed it was listed 1K higher. I called today to confirm if the car was available, spoke to Gabby and was told that it was. So I was confused on what the miss was. My brother called minutes later, also spoke to Gabby to address the inconsistency, and then he was told that the car was no longer available. My issue is how unprofessional this is.
