Fortunately for me, they were wrong and the issue found by the Opeka mechanic was simple and inexpensive. It is riding smooth again. Her brother owns the business. She called him to let him know because I said I'm hurting with money that she was not doing the job. At this point I'm speechless. I got my friend that refereed me to the shop. To call and talk to her. She changed her mind. But this time told me I would have to pay $780 for a kit to replace my timing chains ect on my car. I called my dealer of the car. Asked does these extra parts need replaced. The dealership said no. The timing chains are in a case. Have nothing to do with the water pump. I asked her to do it without replacing the chains ect. She said no. I got my car towed out of her shop. She is not going to legally steal my money. After getting my car back I noticed on the passenger side door. 4 deep dents was put into my car. Of course it did not happen while on her lot. Not taking responsibility for messing up my car. I would never go to this place. Stay away. Fixing cars is not the only motive they have! If you don't like your job. Put out 100% everyday. Then go find a new one. There are people that have integrity still in the world.

The owner was able to get me in and I was able to pick my car up two days later. Owner was easy to deal with, but the pricing was a little bit higher than other local shops. when I called a few other places to get pricing afterwards, they were about 10% higher for the same tires. Regardless, I would go with them again if I were in a pinch, but if you have the time, do not be afraid to shop around.
