Hello Tech was awesome in every aspect- beginning with the technician. They were easy to book an appointment on short notice, on time and had some challenges with the installation but the technician went over and beyond to solve the problem. While he was here I was on the phone with Best Buy for over 40 minutes waiting to ask a question about my TV purchase--terrible customer service. I highly recommend this group. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. The first installation got our nest doorbell camera, thermostat and cameras set up around our house. The thermostat would not turn our heat on after installation. I ended up having to call an HVAC company to have it installed properly and found the tech crossed wires and also configured it as if we had a heat pump in our house (we do not). There were far more issues, but the biggest was that I was not able to cancel. They continue to charge my card three months after I've cancelled. Their support number continuously hangs up on me and the online chat support can't do anything to cancel an account. Buyer beware!! This is an organized scam!!! read more

Poor customer service, foreign call center employees who acted clueless - we requested service for TV mounting and went back and forth for two weeks regarding scheduling. I provided a wide open schedule, as in they could come anytime, and they still sent me texts saying they were still looking for a service tech to come to my location. I live 15 minutes outside Dubuque - ridiculous. I gave up and will hire someone locally as this is obviously not a national service. read more

The service was fine once I got service. But the communication between customer service and their techs needs improvement. It took me 1 day and a half to get my TV mounted. (which only took 20 min.) A tech was assigned to me but didn't show and they couldn't find him and there was no seemless way to contact him personally with out calling customer service several times. I was assigned another tech and it went very smooth so there is potential for this company to get better and be recommended in the future. read more

Horrible. The tech they sent had zero experience installing cameras. He stopped installing the doorbell camera and said he had no idea how to do it and they would be sending another tech. The did not finish installing the base system at all. I complained to corporate but all you get are call centers. I've asked to speak to a manager, was rooms I would get a call back but nothing. It had been over 24hrs. I now have exposed electrical wiring where my doorbell was and this company does not give a damn. They have no problem charging you for services not rendered though. read more

I made an appointment for a TV set up service and received confirmation for an appointment. The day of the appt the tech didn't show up. Didn't even call to say he wasn't coming. Waited on hold with their phone line and also through a text chat. The rep on the chat line said "some emergency had come up so they marked the order as incomplete." They wore masks at the door, but once inside did not. Were slow and incompetent. Did not finish the job (TV and soundbar) and didn't set me up for success once they left to fix it on my own. They made an extra hole in my wall. Very unprofessional. TV did not end up in center of the wall despite there being other studs. They were very nice, but I'm not paying for nice.
