    I like to see things in person, and I have questions that online buying can't always answer. I worked with Hani. Great customer service. Gave me good recommendations on the products I was interested in . Sound Bar. He and the other staff members were friendly and helped with any questions. The location is very clean and organized . I have shopped around a lot and this was the best deal I can find . This location has a ton of options versus some of the other stores I visited .

    Water leak post fridge installation

    To say that I had a horrible experience with PC Richards is not saying enough. It was a complete nightmare. I could have never imagined that getting a new fridge can be that horrifying. First, I decided to pick a fridge that is discounted due to some cosmetic imperfection. It was delivered- delivery guys scratched the stairs and the floors. Then a day later we figured out that the cooling system does not work. About $500+ of food went bad as waiting for another fridge took 2 weeks. Two weeks without fridge. The next one was delivered with no plug. And that's with the promise from them it was tested! Then the next one (new from the manufacturer) was delivered 2 weeks later again - didn't fit! And we had someone from The store measuring the space. Then more wait - the 4th one is coming. It got installed and they broke the water line, which resulted in the water leak into the neighbors space below. My insurance went up as a result. Then everyone in the store has attitude too. One person that was trying to help with the delivery was Mike. The rest were rude and abrupt. One star is too much for this store/company. A disastrous nightmarish experience. Never again! Never! Never! Avoid at any cost

    Went to Home Depot earlier this morning to get ready to work on renovations. We were in the…read moreflooring aisle, saw a lot of great discounts, however missed our chance two weeks shy of getting any products we wanted. The employee in charge of the area was helpful. He helped us look around for the nearest Home Depot where they might have what we wanted. The quantity would have fallen too short and we decided we can move forward next time. Everything else we needed was good to go. Between paints, security doors, ceiling lights, and more - anything home related and do it yourself, you can find at Home Depot. We haven't been to this Home Depot in a long time. Everything was organized and easy to track. Staff was friendly and service went well on our way out.

    Please read before buying LG! We bought an LG washing…read moremachine, replacing our old LG (10 year warranty). After a short few months it started to destroy our clothes. It first accord after washing our sheets. They looks like some sharp object would be in the drum and pull strands out of the fabric. We checked the drum, stroked over every inch with our hands, used cotton balls to see if anything stuck - nothing! I called customer service (we ordered our washer directly from LG). They told us to run the drum clean cycle 5 times in a row (that's 7.5 hours!) that should solve the problem. We did and the next load of laundry had the same problem. We called LG again, send them pictures as requested, were told they investigate and call back. They never did. Today was the 6th time I called and also send an email to the president. After telling them that I will write this review and post it everywhere I was asked by the supervisor if I use the right cycle to wash my laundry. I am 69 years old and know how to do laundry. Finally I was told he would pass it on to their service center which will contact me to find out if it is a manufactory defect. This goes on now for over 6 weeks. The service center contacted us via text and asked what are the defective parts - how am I supposed to know? The next message was they reach out if they have someone available. I would stay away from LG which is hard to say because we have LG everywhere from fridge to TVs but if something is wrong it is the worse customer service you ever experience.

From the moment I walked in, she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me get exactly what I needed. I came in unsure about colors and finishes, but she broke everything down in a way that made it easy to understand. She didn't rush me, gave honest recommendations, and made sure I felt confident in my choice before I left. You can tell she actually care about their work and the customers they help. Because of her , my project turned out better than I expected. Great customer service like this is hard to find these days. Lowe's is lucky to have someone like that on their team! Definitely ask for her help in the paint department--you won't regret it.

    This review is for the installation I paid for, not the appliance. I ordered a dishwasher and paid…read morefor installation and installation kit. The dishwasher was installed a few days later. My handyman took the bottom cover plate off the day after the installation had been done to check everything for me, and discovered that wires were left hanging and unsecured. They were also not covered by a metal plate, which is what is supposed to be put over them to help protect them.This was a safety hazard, because if water leaked and hit the wires they could spark; and if the breaker switch did not shut off this could start a fire. I called Lowe's and sent a pic and was told someone would come back within 3 days to fix everything since it was not done properly and was unsafe to use. This did not happen; after two more calls and 45 minutes of being put on hold I finally got an appointment a week later. When the installer showed up he had not been told why he was returning, or told that he would need a metal cover plate. He had not been shown the picture I had emailed to Lowes (attached here). All his order said was "return for service follow-up." Fortunately he had a metal plate in his van and was able to remedy the situation and make it safe to use. I will never pay Lowe's for an installation again. I understand they subcontract installations out to another company...but clearly this is not a good relationship or one that is beneficial to customers like me! What a fiasco and waste of my valuable time!

I showed up and explained that I had slept on a mattress that I liked (with make/model info), but that the price was strangely low and I was wondering if they could direct me to the higher-end version. This request was ignored, as was my price point. I also explained that I wanted a plush mattress. The sales person proceeded to walk me around and point to all of the plush mattresses. I can read the word "plush" so if you're going to accompany me you need to offer some information or a service that I cannot figure out on my own. Once I narrowed down my choices to a "top 3" list, I began photographing the tags so that I could go home and research them. There seemed to be info missing on the tags (model #) but the salesperson said the tags had all the info, which seemed odd since several of them seemed to have the same names at different prices. I tried to get some clarification, asking "what's the difference between mattress A and mattress B?" The salesperson read the tag to me "well this one has 800 coils, and this one has 900." That is not helpful. Don't just read the tag to me, tell me why I care about 100 extra coils. I understand that they are working off of commission, but there was a clear loss of interest when I said I was going to go home and research them before I made a $1500 purchase. And thank goodness I did, because the one which the salesperson insisted "a lot of people buy this one" had terrible reviews. I don't care how many people buy it, I care how many people still like it after 6 months, 1 year, + later. If I had a good in-store experience, didn't have to do 100% of my own research when I got home, and reviews matched up, I would go back to the store to purchase and get the salesperson the commission they worked for. If all you do is walk me around like a babysitter, point to beds that say "plush," watch me lay on them, and read the tags to me, I don't care about your commission. I will order online. PS the pillows don't appear fresh.
