There are plenty of vendors selling handmade goods and of course, there are lots of food trucks to sample from. Last month, Mordis, Baonanas and Whealth had all set up shop. Overall, it's just a really great vibe here and on a warm summer day there is nothing better then wandering around the market for some shopping, eating and hanging. I recently visited this vintage shop for the first time and purchased several items. When I got…read morehome and tried everything on, I realized one pair of shorts still had the security tag attached. The shorts also didn't fit, so I drove back to the store hoping to exchange them for a different size. I completely understand that stores have policies, and I respect the no-exchange policy. However, I paid in cash and wasn't informed of that policy at checkout, which made the situation a little confusing. What disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled. Instead of trying to help or understand the issue, the employee I spoke with seemed to assume I wasn't being truthful about where or when I purchased the item. I was told that I may have bought it at another location, even though this was my first time ever visiting the store and I had purchased multiple items that day. The shorts still had the original tag and security device attached, showing they had never been worn. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just hoping to exchange them for a size that fit after having to make an extra trip because the security tag had been left on. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What left a negative impression was feeling talked down to rather than treated like a valued customer. A little understanding and customer service would have gone a long way.

She listened, was accommodating, sensitive to our needs, and found beautiful pieces to show us at our appts.
