Would give zero stars if I could. There have been a few times I have had to to use this service through my wilder days on Ball State campus. They will take 2-4 hours to drive somewhere 15 minutes across town, if they even do come. If they arrive, their vehicles are inexplicably unsanitary & smell strong of cigarettes & body odor. I actually did not know taxi service could be this bad. Currently stranded, was told 2 hours ago that the cab wouldn't take long at all. Called 30 minutes later and was assured that he'd be here "in a couple minutes." Went on BBB to file a complaint and they're not accredited so what's the point. Absolutely terrible service. Called 2.5 hours ago, and they said they would take 30 minutes. They do not answer the phone professionally, and do not make the customer feel that their service is a top priority. I would not recommend this service. I would recommend walking. I could have been to my destination by now if I walked, and my destination is 8 miles away. read more

Where do I begin? Well, for one, they should change their names from pdq to "don't make any future plans". They're consistantly late (anywhere from 15 minutes to over an hour) without offering a discount for being late. Other people I know and I have even called far ahead for a pick up (one time I personally called a day in advance with a specific pick up time) and they are STILL always late! Also, they are notorious for "forgetting" to pick up a ride. I've called there before and then after waiting an hour for a ride, I called back and would get "oh, we don't have that ride set up". This has happened more than once... It's kind of like with cable, when you're the ONLY choice, I guess you get to pick amd choose if you wanna be a jerk. read more

I wanted to give this place a second chance after they stood me up for my visit to the retirement home .. this time I had a drs apt at 7am so scheduled day in advance .. I call at 45 mins late and they say they're switching over drivers and will be another 10-15 !! After waiting an hour and 15, the driver shows up and its the same last shift driver, they didn't even switch !! I do not know what happened and I will not come back even tho I do not like to use the Uber as it is too tech ! Btw no discount and always pressured to tip even after unsatisfactory trip. read more

***worst service**** Called one hr before I needed picked up requested the time, they showed up one hr late. Even called the office 20 mins after pickup time. Stated he was near still took 40 more mins. Come on fellas not everyone is drunk and can have BS slung at them. read more

My vehicle broke down. I called PDQ. They said a driver would be there in 15 minutes, it was probably 10. Driver was friendly. I had been to the store and he waited on me to load and unload my items. Solid service! read more

Only taxi service in Muncie. They will show up anywhere from 30-90 min after you call them, if you're lucky (they refuse to give estimates when you call and I've waited 2 hours for a cab after originally being told they were on their way). When you're finally picked up, they'll probably go pick someone else up before taking you to your destination. This taxi service is awful and I would avoid it at all costs. Honestly, probably the worst business I've ever dealt with and I've had Comcast for years. I've only given 1-2 Yelp reviews (all positive) and I felt the need to post how bad this company really is. I would give these guys zero stars if I could. I used them for a week to get to work and was not on time once. When I called, the person answering was extremely rude and rushed. Whenever the driver would finally show up, they would go out of the way to pick up multiple other customers as well. The driver smoked two cigarettes with no windows rolled down during our 10 minute drive. Yesterday, I called them at 5:20pm for a ride and was told they were on their way; at 6:15, after they still had not showed up, I called them again. They informed me they were very busy and weren't sure how soon they would be able to pick me up. If they had told me this when I first called, I could have rode my bike to work and been on time, rather than the 20 minutes late I already was at that point. I ended up paying 12$ for a ride from S.walnut to Wal-Mart South because the driver didn't have enough change. I believe I'm tipping but almost DOUBLE the rate?! I will never use them again and will make I tell everyone. read more

Fairly good response time, a little longer than Uber. Rate was fair. 4 miles (9 minutes) was $7.50.

From (and in my experience) drivers being obviously high and swerving across road lines to waiting 4 hours for a taxi, this seems to be the best Muncie can offer. My husband is disabled and the drivers who come to pick him up for his needs constantly roll their eyes and make disgusted faces at being told he needs more than 30 seconds to make it from the back of our home to their cab. They're horrible. You have to wait hours for them to come and charge ridiculous prices. There are many times when they don't even have any cars because their drug addict and criminal drivers keep wrecking them. They should really be shut down; they aren't worth anyone's time and they don't do what they're getting paid to do. I would recommend literally almost any other way to get to your destination. Even walking would get you to where you're going before they would come and pick you up. read more

My husband called them when his car was unavailable. They showed up 40 minutes later with two crack heads and dropped them off at two different locations,on the way charging everyone separate rates as if they were alone and on time. My daughter has no car and had an appointment with a therapist for which she has waited months to get in. She told them she needed to be there at 2:00 and they showed up at 2:15 and she lost her appointment. Because of other issues she can't go back there and it's all the fault of the horrible horrible PDQ taxi company. Horrible. read more
