Most likely our final visit to P.F.Changs.. Dark and dingy atmosphere, service was awful. The food is still half cooked and not very good. BUT, the best part was, they were seating everyone in the bar area where we were placed by a table of twenty something girls(completely intoxicated)! Was kinda sad because they were all driving. This was our first visit ever to a P F Chang and we were really looking forward to it. The staff was all extremely pleasant and the service was great. Our server was certainly helpful and attentive. Unfortunately my review goes downhill from here. The atmosphere was so so: the music playing was definately geared towards the young staff, for sure not what I've ever heard played or what one would expect to hear at an upscale and quite pricey restaurant. The interior if the building certainly needs some attention . Nothing was well kept....the bathrooms were shabby, not overly clean and certainly in need of maintenance....chipped floor tiles, sink in need of resurfacing, woodwork and mirror frame in need of repair and painting. In the dining room almost all the chairs had ?fabric interfacing hanging down from the underside of the seats. The food was mediocre at best although it was served hot. Several of the "staple" dishes at other Chinese restaurants were no where to be found on the menu. A sweet dish ordered was way too sweet, the dish I ordered was totally overcooked.....soggy vegetables and shriveled beef and so much ginger that it over powered the whole dish. All items were overly salty. I guess it's possible we just ordered the wrong things. I'm hoping this was just a bad day for this particular restaurant but I truly doubt we will be back. Very good service, good food! We had Max as a server. Food was 4 Stars- MAX was 5 Stars!! Max was attentive and cordial. We appreciate the kindness and generosity from this well experienced server. He made sure my husband and I were taken care of and had plenty of refills on drinks and whatnot. I had a headache that night, and he still made it enjoyable with his Service and Hospitality. Our little guy colored on his menu, and after a couple of minutes we were ready to order. They didn't have a direct "General Tsos" option so the Changs Spicy chicken Tastes most like it. The orange chicken was fresh and robust with flavor. However I personally didn't favor it. We also ordered The Crab Rangoon's, they weren't that great compared to some I've had in the past... it was light on the flavor and cold in some spots. My husband said it tasted like a trace of cleaning supplies and I had to agree. It was edible though. LOL. We ordered Chicken fried Rice for the little guy and we were all happy as a dog laying in the sun. The place was SO peaceful because we went late at night. And they were actually about to do some improvements as we were leaving.... Max was on top of things like white on rice. Very impressed!! We had decided to not get any dessert, but then after seeing the pictures we QUICKLY changed our Minds. We agreed on the Great Wall of Chocolate!! WOW!! What a Piece of Cake!! The food taste clean and authentic. We LOVE clean food!! This Cake was delicious and HUMONGOUS!! $130 later we left stuffed and full of delicious food, and Great Vibes thanks to Max!! We enjoyed ourselves and we look forward to coming again one day!! We have been to this location many years ago and it was still clean inside and the atmosphere was casual. We had a table for 4 and it took quite sometime to get a server to come over especially at a 1pm timeframe. I had the lunch portion of kung pao chicken with fried rice. It was tasty and a large serving for a lunch size. My wife had chicken lettuce wraps and a California roll. Both were really good and she had leftover lettuce wraps. She also had a super yummy a Rising Dragon drink - like a pomegranate margarita. It's been over a decade since I've been in a P.F. Chang's. I remember it being delicious. It was a bit of a letdown. The service was pretty good. I sat at the bar. Ordered a new specialty drink. A luxe punch. It was decent, not my favorite. I ordered fried green beans, and Mongolian beef. The green beans were ok, but extremely salty. I then ordered a Asian pear mojito. The mojito was the highlight of the whole meal. Simply delicious. The Mongolian beef was very salty as well. Luckily the white rice tamed the flavor a little. It's just not what it used to be. Been coming here for years and was always top knotch prior to Covid. Since that time the food quality has dropped overall. Recently has the "Crispy Honey Chicken". Which came out soft and gooey. Lathered in the honey but mother crispy at all. Pretty sure the same the last three visits so this is not off the table for me ordering again. Just no consistency in what your get. Mongolian Beef is pretty good one visit then over cooked the next. I still love this place but they need to get it together. My mother and I each had the express lunch teriyaki chicken with fried rice. I had the spring roll for my side, and she had egg drop soup which was heated so hot she had to put ice cubes in it to be able to eat it. The food was edible but did not taste right as it had an acid taste maybe from the pineapple. My spring roll was soggy on the outside and slimy on the inside. I couldn't finish it. There were only 4 tables in the entire restaurant at 12:00 noon and I still had to go to the bar to get a tea refill. I'd never been to a PF Chang's before, and so I went to cross this one off the list. The atmosphere inside was very nice; it looked like a classy restaurant, had nice music, and a great set up. The restaurant was fairly empty, only 5 other tables in the whole establishment, but barely any staff. We were seated after waiting around for a few minutes. Our waitress was very nice and got our drinks quickly. We had the Lettuce Wraps, which we're kinda messy, but super delicious! My friend ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and rice. I had the Tempura Shrimp Roll. My friend loved his meal, but was kinda disappointed they piled it high with red pepper pods, which smelt like burnt nail polish. My rolls were delicious, but usually when ordering Tempura Rolls, they'll come out very hot from being recently fried, or cold, from being stored. Mine were room temp, and it was a bit of putting, but otherwise, I loved it. The waitress got us refills and checked up on us a few times. Absolutely love ALL of their food!! We went on Mother's day and had amazing service, and we enjoyed the decor/lighting/etc as always!! We started with the delicious, Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps($13.50), Hot and Sour soup($11 large bowl), and Wonton soup ($11 large bowl)! The wraps are a must if you've never had them! The five of us shared the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce($19), Singapore Street Noodles ($16.50), and my youngest had the Lo Mein kids meal that came with rice and a side($5.50)! This was all the perfect amount for us. We ended by sharing the Red Velvet Cheesecake as a special treat ($10.50)! It was seriously the best cake and icing I've ever had(& I'm not a huge red velvet fan)...and the cheesecake was really good, too! Ordered takeout. Never order from here. But my son wanted sesame chicken. And thought this would be special. $110. Noticed when I got home Pad Thai is missing. Son won't eat the sesame chicken as it is just not good. Kung pow is soggy and relatively dry, edible though. Mongolian beef is fair. Very small portions. I guess I should have not ordered the bowl...but when compared calories to the entree, they were very similar. So figured would be an alright amount. Just. Disappointed. This is a great Chinese chain restaurant. All your favorites are included with plenty of gluten free options available. (This is big as it can be harder to avoid at a lot of Asian restaurants) My go to order here is always the lettuce wraps. Absolutely delicious and makes great leftovers. My favorite part about dining here are the drinks though. So often drinks are too sugary and out of balance. Not here. Perfect balance and flavor. I got the rising dragon which comes covered with a lid to keep the smoky aromatics in place until it gets to you and is unveiled in a showy, delicious way. read more

Not a New Year's dinner environment. We have been coming here for over 15 years. Always loved it, almost a family tradition (we live in Maryville). This place has steadily declined in food quality and ambiance. Staff is always friendly and provides good service. We keep giving it a chance even after we were served lettuce wraps with a dead fly on it. (They didn't charge us for that whole meal). Place is in serious need of deep cleaning, everything is sticky in there, tables, floor, chairs... Menu has changed over the years, but definitely for the worse. The flavor was very good, and there was plenty of tofu but very few mushrooms. The vegetarian lettuce wraps was just so so. The lettuce was dripping with water, which was not appetizing. The actual mixture looked to be about half the portion size displayed on their website. The flavors were OK but nothing special. The kitchen over did it when it came to portion control on this dish. The final dish shrimp low mein had that smokey low mein flavor and the chewy noodles. The dish was anorexic when it came to vegetables. Maybe the vegetables called in sick that day? The shrimp were also kind of on the smaller, less expensive side. There also seemed to be a shortage of sauce when it came to the two dishes we ordered. PF Changs is a nice restaurant but very overpriced for what you actually get. The whole post pandemic restaurants charging significantly more for less food can get annoying. read more

I remember when PFC was predictably good.. it has turned into a crap shoot. Ginger chicken used to actually have some ginger.... Lemon chicken went away years ago. Singapore chicken came and went. Had orange chicken and it was a soggy mess. Pot stickers were greasy blobs and the dipping sauce was dismal. Bold flavors have left building... Too bad!! We miss the good ole days.. read more
