Went during lunch hours (noon) on a Monday only two tables had people, one server and one bartender. Server sure tried his best seemed to possibly be new . Food was hot and fresh typical P.F. Chang's location, clean and large. Nice they have lunch portions ($13.99 for meal + app and rice)

Here for happy hour. Made a meal out of their appetizers. My favorite were Chang's lettuce wraps: chicken in a savory sauce, served with crispy rice sticks and fresh lettuce cups. Bbq pork spare ribs were tender and slow-braised & glazed in tangy bbq sauce, topped with sesame seeds. Pan fried pork dumplings with chili dipping sauce. Bartender was very nice & helpful. Busy with families and a few at the bar. Great location in Old Town.

I ordered through Uber Eats. This was not the issue driver was quick actually early. This was 100% the store. First off I ordered a meal that showed a 20oz bottled drink. Thats what I ordered but instead I got a fountain drink. I dont drink fountain drinks from delivery services ive seen to many tictoks. Second I ordered a peanutbutter and chocolate desert and orange chicken and egg drop soup. Soup was hot and delicious. Orange Chicken and noodles were bland. Dessert was melted into soup also since they put this cold creamy dessert in the sane bag as the soup and orange chicken. I called the store the manager apologized said yes they person packing it made a mistake and they were out of bottles of coke. Can't someone pickup the phone and call I would have asked for a different bottled drink. But since I ordered thru Uber I need to contact them. Of course it was a fight because I did receive it so they told me no refund. I had to keep arguing. Spent 45 mins. Im disappointed in the store. Never again for delivery maybe I will give the another try and go there for dinner

Train your people to make the recipe. This is supposed to be the Thai peanut salad.

I am so disappointed. I ordered a Thai Peanut salad and nothing came on the salad. Literally they gave me lettuce, some crispy strips, and chicken. Seriously nothing like what the description says. Ingredients: Napa cabbage, bell peppers, cucumber, celery, peanuts, crispy lo mein noodles, peanut dressing, and Togarashi spice. They literally put nothing in it. I ordered delivery and I won't ever do it again. They need to re-train because this is unacceptable

Very attentive service, nice and very interesting dishes full of flavors and variations. But! Since when a PF. Chang bar tender does not know what a Singapore Sling is???

The service was great! Everyone was kind and professional to me. I wouldn't recommend getting the Hot & Sour Soup, but the Orange Chicken, Spicy Chicken and Crab Wontons were excellent. I would go here again in the future. The ambiance and general mood of the restaurant was very calming and comfortable.

What a bummer. I hadn't been to P.F. Chang's in a long time but I always remembered it being really good. I'm not sure what happened because my experience was not how I remember it being. The spring rolls tasted so strange. The egg drop soup was pretty bland and disappointing. Even the lettuce chicken wraps were lacking. Our waitress messed up a few things on our order, although she did get them fixed, it overall was just not a great experience. With the overwhelming amount of great dining options we have in the area, I can't see myself choosing to return here.

I have visited this and some other P. F. Chang's locations a few times, and the food has always been of high quality. This time, we ordered a packet of three items which was all tasty and made for perfection. I liked especially the Mongolian trio, a combination of shrimp, chicken, and beef on rice. Friendly service and nice Asian themed decor.

    Pomegranate refresher

We sat inside. The decor was nice! For drinks we had pomegranate refreshers, you have to try it!For an appetizer we had chang's lettuce wraps, i recommend. One person had fire cracker shrimp, another person at the table had the spicy tuna sushi roll if you like spicy I recommend, one person had Mongolian beef it's was delicious, another person had crispy honey chicken, one person had pork dumplings with hot and sour soup if you want to try something different try that soup, and someone at the table had kids Lo mein. Staff wad friendly and understanding. The menu has many different options.

This place is incredible and would give it 5 stars over and over based on tonight's experience. Daniel and Malerk were outstanding at taking care of us and our food was excellent. I ate more tonight than I have in a long time - GLP-1 guy here and it was mouth watering. First time here but not last. Place was soft lighting and just a great atmosphere as my spouse was with me and it turned out to be a great date night spontaneous after a walk through Soltice Park.

    BBQ Ribs

They have a nice lunch and dinner menu with multiple options to choose from. We did a take out of kung pao chicken, low mien with a spring roll and it was tasty and filling. They also have a happy hour menu with different options but those aren't too many compared to the regular menu. Servers can be definitely better trained as the new associate had a hard time running a gift card for payment but gave her the benefit of doubt as she was still learning.

The delivery was right on time.

Just had the another wonderful meal delivered buy Uber Eats from P.F. Chang's. We were so disappointed that the restaurant forgot to put a fortune cookie in with the delivery. Come on, get it together.

Home is wherever @lizmodernasian is!…read more Thank you Liz & Howard for your unmatched hospitality, unreal flavors, and Michelin-level quality every time. We came hungry and started with steaming edamame, dumplings, and tempura shrimp (the holy trinity) The cashew chicken & veggies is my go-to lighter option - but this visit, the steamed bao buns stole the show - melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Liz even brought out seaweed so we could roll our own sushi - something I wouldn't have thought to order...now I'm fully obsessed! The dish that officially tops my list though: Liz's Lo Mein Noodles combo with chicken, pork, & beef. I've never tasted anything like it - dangerously addictive. 10/10 experience. Always. And strolling around the beautiful @scottsdalequarter afterward is the perfect way to end the evening. Counting down til my next visit!

A gentleman that seems overly preoccupied with putting food items in a delivery bag. Every table has a reserved sign on it, so where would you like us to sit? It seems very unorganized. I would expect to see this type of restraunt in a suburban strip mall, rather than a higher scale shopping mall. Took easily 10 min to get our drinks to us. Twice we were offered other people's food, so there is a need to update POS systems or front of house management. The cheese puffs are very good. The orange chicken was more sweet than spicy. No presentation, just put on a plate and take it out. I felt like I was at someone's home, rather than a restaurant. Maybe that is the vibe they are going for. The dish was more like opening up a bag of chicken fingers then dump a sweet orange sauce. If anyone has had a frozen orange chicken meal, made by a company that is famous for their pies. A meal that can be purchased at your local grocery store...well, that is close to what we are talking about. It came out without any serving utensil. WTH? The Mongolian beef was more like pot roast and fatty. It certainly was not what I would consider spicy. Ambiance is VERY casual. There are regulars and they seem to be like family, so that is cool, once you have been accepted in the circle of trust. Maybe I am spoiled, because we tend to get very good Chinese in Las Vegas, due to the "Whales" coming in to gamble. Maybe this considered fabulous for Scottsdale, but certainly not what I was raised to expect. Now, it has been few weeks since my nephew and I tried this place. I wanted to let it breathe before posting "hot". To be fair. We were offered some dumplings to apologize for the wait. We declined, because I was afraid of what they may taste like. I asked for the check and the lady resisted saying that we hardly touched the food and she did not want to charge. This also was nice, but my ENTIRE working life has been in the hospitality/customer service/food service industry. They have bills to pay. They prepared the meal. They provided the service. They deserved to be paid. She apologized once again and said that they were using a new cook. I thought that I might be unusually over-critical however, my nephew, who resembles a trash compactor went away saying that there would be way he would ever get food from there. I wish this place well. Maybe there needs to be a better front of house/back of house dynamic. I can think of many things that would help.

The food was consistently delicious and service good. Since Covid, we have done more takeout than dine in. The food had been very good, packaged beautifully to go I might add. The last few takeout orders have been disappointing. The changes were subtle at first. Everyone is trying to stay afloat in these tumultuous times. Raising prices is a given- accepted! Cutting back on portions and quality does not make good bedfellows! Last night our order consisted of wor wonton soup and a beef and scallop entree. The broth was tasty, the snow pea pods looked and tasted like they were at least A week old. The dumpling noodles were so overcooked, they fell apart. Now onto the entree- The beef was coated in some gelatinous coating that was unpleasant to look at -better left unsaid, what it tasted like.. The accompanying fried chips for the soup were sparse and mostly crumbs. We fully understand what it takes to keep the lights on in today's toxic and frightening environment. But to raise prices AND REDUCE the quality of your badge of honor - your reputation, is foolish and a poor business model. I sincerely hope management reads their reviews. This is not a random gripe. It's meant to be informative and hopefully continue to create the great dining experiences we've had for so many years.

Every dish was prepared beautifully and packed with flavor, but the lobster was truly divine. Perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and infused with the aromatic flavors of fresh ginger and green onions, it was one of those dishes that leaves a lasting impression long after the meal is over. The beef and shrimp lo mein were equally delicious, with rich savory flavors and generous portions, while the walnut shrimp was perfectly crisp with a delicate sweetness that balanced the dish beautifully. The fried rice was the perfect complement to everything on the table. We also enjoyed a few sake bombers, which are hands down the best we've had anywhere.
