Started calling shops, and NW Diesel answered their phone and said they could fit us in to look at the truck. The AC ended up going out on us as well. Once we arrived (after dropping the horse trailer and horses), they were able to pull the truck in within less than 10 min to check it out and determined the issue right away and get the part ordered and fixed within a couple of hours or less. They were very helpful and understanding of the situation and able to explain what was going on. The lobby is very clean and does not have a mechanic shop or oil or grease smell.
