Text stated brown/ muddy brake fluid and recommended a flush. My picture certainly doesn't show brown/muddy. Also stated metal in the power steering fluid so ran a sample through a coffee filter and no metal there. Long story short after a phone call and going down there for the manager to a look at it he still feels his mechanic was in the right and felt the fluid was definitely dirty. Did say that brown/muddy "may" have been a little much. Bad taste in my mouth over actions and words used. Not going back and not recommending them anymore. So sad because finding a place to trust anymore is tough. Thought I found it.

Hmmm. I said that this is not a me problem its a you problem and that I have my confirmation email and he advised me that yes this is a 'me' problem and that he cannot get me in for several weeks. Hmm again, its my problem that their system does not schedule itself and I should call to confirm even though they sent me a confirmation email. After many years of having my vehicles serviced at this location (yes online appointments also) as they are close to home, I will never go back to them. Highly recommend them!…read more Was on I-90 coming from Tri Cities WA heading to Riverside State Park in 90-degree weather when the battery light came on the truck while pulling a 3 horse living quarters. Started calling shops, and NW Diesel answered their phone and said they could fit us in to look at the truck. The AC ended up going out on us as well. Once we arrived (after dropping the horse trailer and horses), they were able to pull the truck in within less than 10 min to check it out and determined the issue right away and get the part ordered and fixed within a couple of hours or less. They were very helpful and understanding of the situation and able to explain what was going on. The lobby is very clean and does not have a mechanic shop or oil or grease smell.
