When my car was side-swiped in a parking spot, he worked with me to find a convenient time for the repair, and coordinated with insurance, the rental car company, and me while I was traveling out of state, making the process easy and painless. He outsourced part of the detailing work, which resulted in a tiny dent on a panel, which I completely missed.
