I'm a tow truck driver in the same city as him. as I'm dropping off another car for a shop that's next to his , he comes out and says "get the fuck off my property" and tells me to get lost. no consideration for the fact that I am doing what I can with what I'm given I needed to block a small part of his driveway to position the car off my truck to roll it down to the shop next to him. I don't encourage anyone to do business with a man like him that runs the place.

I brought it in to be repaired after a recommendation from a friend, and also asked them to fix other accumulated damage around the car. The quote was very reasonable and I left the car there on Friday morning, it was ready by Monday at noon. This was very significant damage and I almost didn't recognize my car when I picked it up. It looked practically brand new, outside and even inside! They decided to detail the interior for me (car is 8 years old) and it looked fantastic. Smells like polish inside and my baby car seats weren't connected, but that was certainly proof that they actually just took everything out and detailed it without my asking. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. Honest, timely and great work. Planning on returning with my other car next year.

When I went into the 2x2 office to…read morepurchase one tire I was told everyone was at lunch and it would be a 20 minute wait. 2 hours later I was given the most pathetic attitude because goofy glasses guy couldn't upsell me to purchase 4 brand new tires. Then came out yelling that I wasted their time because they couldn't get the locks off of my tires. I had no locks. I was then told that I had to back out my car from their bay myself so I pointed at the sign that says "Due To Insurance No Customers Allowed Beyond This Point". Now it gets really petty. He backs up my truck exactly to that sign, opens up my door and walks away. I look into the window and everything in my glove box including important documents were thrown all over my truck. As I put them all back he came back out to ask me if there was a problem. There was a problem. I had to restrain myself from smacking his goofy glasses off in front of his father , showing him that he raised a punk. Advice goofy glasses guy, when you read this and you know who I am, Black Mazda Cx-9, don't look stupid trying to justify every action I detailed here. Instead, accept your lack of professionalism and be a better small business owner. After all, you are not the only place that sells tires.

So I would NEVER have this mechanic touch my car again, or recommend him to anyone...obviously he is does NOT know how to properly fix a window...which for a mechanic I would think is basic.

I chose US-1 Auto due to its proximity to me: it turned to a better choice than I thought. US-1 Auto is a small family owned business which still does work in the time honored way of labor intensive thoroughness with a meticulous attention to detail. With a late model Audi, it not just about repairing a door. The drive systems, safety systems, even the emergency braking are integrated into one AI unit. Essentially the car had to be partially rebuilt. US-1 Auto complete rebuilt the door - right down to it being able to swing completely closed with a single finger push. The paint work is literally flawless even under differing light. They worked with Audi to purchase and install authentic Audi parts and had the systems reprogrammed at an authorized dealer. When this tiny repair shop was done, the car performed BETTER than before. There is something to be said about the "old-fashioned" way of performing a task with exhaustive attention to detail. US-1 Auto understands this and the apply that principle with fervor.

The title was never transferred to me although he had received 100% of the cash for the Canadian MB auto. He also posted that the advanced technology was too difficult for me. However, the truth is-- I purchased the identical model of MB (pre-owned and certified) from an MB dealer and love it. I have been driving it for the past year. The problem started because US 1 Auto sold me a Canadian car built for the Canadian consumer which was paid for in cash. The two MB dealers in my area said that they could not accept any warranties on the car nor fix the recalls. The owners of this place were never honest about anything.
